Just outside the current boarder of this magic-run amusement park, with it's roller coasters, candy and drink venders and rows rides both old and new sits what appears to be a rather old temple, one that has been there for years and yet largely unexplored by normal civilians, and uncared about by most random wizards who have their own things to worry about. This temple is tall, large pillars made of beige coloured stone sit at each and every corner of this temple's exterior, sandy toned bricks make up the outside walls with windows carved into them at high distances from the ground, as if on a separate level from that of the ground, no windows are on ground level however. The pointed roof holds on it a rune of protection, one made to ward off those of malicious intent from entering the temple to find what lyes within.

Though the temple itself looks less impressive then most of Earth Land's larger ones it is still impressive, the door most of all. The large double doors holds the same rune as above it in the in-between part of the roof and the doors top, the doors themselves a mix of hard wood-like material and the frame made of rusted silver metal that looks like it might just break, though not without force. If one of good intention were to enter the temple the runes would do nothing, not protect from the good in the person.

Just outside the temple stands a rather annoyed looking man in a suit and tie. He's short, about five feet 3 inches, clad in a dark purple businesses suit, a black and medium blue striped tie done up perfectly around his chubby neck. This man is balding and looks to be not in the best of shape, a rather plump man overall, probably due to eating far to any sweets and not working out, combined with his short stature. Hard onyx eyes skim the temple in frustration, he can't get in and he's pretty damn mad.

The man turns on his heels and spots you, moving up to where you are standing, doing whatever it is you happen to be doing and clears his throat. "Excuse me, might you happen to be a wizard?" the man asks, eyes landing on your guild mark. This to the man is a dead giveaway though he asked anyway, probably out of habit, he's most likely asked every fourth person he's spotted if they were a wizard over the past week or so. Continuing on with his request the man speaks again, voice gruff and serious, straight to business. "As a wizard you have power, I need you to go into that temple…" he cuts himself off as he moves his finger to point at the previously described large temple with it's magical runes that seem to keep that guy out. "..and get me whatever is inside." he explains simply. Truthfully this man doesn't care if you want to do it or not, he'll bug you and bug you till you agree anyway and assuming such would be an easy thing for anyone who met him to do as it is rather obvious by the brazen way he talks. He thinks he's better then many people and deserves whatever is in that temple for himself. "You can keep one of the things inside the temple, but the rest is mine got it!" he says this more as a demand then a question.

Not being able to get into the temple, the man is unaware exactly what is resting within, what monsters there might be and what sleeps at the end. He simply thinks there are jewels and trinkets of value for him to get, he wants it before anyone else can get in there, knowing the temple is planned to be remodelled as a ride, renovations set for later that year.

Fairy Tails and Chrystal Girls (Axel) Empty Re: Fairy Tails and Chrystal Girls (Axel)

"And remember to do the right thing ladies!" Axel said as he watched the two girls run off into a hurry. As they left his presence, he heard one of them whisper to the other, "What a lunatic! I already know what to do and not do! I do not need a psycho telling me!" Axel was used to getting those remarks from girls when he brought up long conversations of morals, but he always thought the next girl would appreciate what he had to say. Axel had gone to the Rose Garden Amusement park hoping to have fun, but now he just felt like an idiot. Sure he had gotten on fun rides and such, but he did not hit it off with one beautiful girl, due to his personality, but he could not help his moral ways, as he learned them from his parents. Axel was about to leave and go back to Magnolia Town, where his home was and his guild Fairy Tail resided, when from the corner of his eyes he spotted a temple on his way out.

He did not even notice it when he went into the park, but now that he did, he was interested in it's design, even though it did not look as good as the other temples he had seen across fiore on vacations. It had huge pillars, and the exterior was rather sandy. While he was amazed at the temple, a man with a purple business suit approached him saying, "Excuse me, might you happen to be a wizard?" He then went on to ask Axel to go in the temple for him and bring him back treasures and such, and if he did, the man would award him with one of the treasures. Axel thought it was unfair that the man expected him to do the work while he got most of it, but because Axel wanted to fill his brain with knowledge of this intriguing temple, he accepted the deal, and opened the large double doors of the temple, hoping he would find something interesting.

The magic barrier did not react, Axel was a good man and the barrier recognized his good natured heart, allowing him entrance. Once the mage stepped inside the doors automatically slammed closed behind him, cutting the obviously sleazy purple suited man off from even seeing what lay beyond the heavy double doors. As they closed, if Axel were to look back he would see the man standing around gaping briefly at the simple fact the doors had indeed opened up for the Fairy Tail wizard.

Once Axel looked around the place he would see the fine tiling of the floor, shiny and oddly well kept considering the supposed age of the structure: The lightning of the temple was also something that might catch the boy off guard, instead of torches there were what appeared to be lamps, crystal in appearance glowing brightly, they’d turned on just after Axel had entered the temple, no switches or anything in sight that might indicate how they’d come on. Down each sandy walled side lay door after door, some closed and others not though what lay beyond each door was a mystery, that would only remain such for a small amount of time. Once Axel had entered maybe like…2 doors he’d see a patern, one woud have a chest in it, a very empty treasure chest, designed to trick anyone who might be of impure heart that might manage to slip by, the next would have a guardian in it.

The Guardians are what protect the hidden treasure within the final doors at the end the hallway, large double doors with flooring of marble just before them, fine red carpet stretches from one end of the hallway to the other and the door is rimmed with a shining silver frame, stark contrast to the rest of the temple. These Guardians are large human shaped creatures, almost like knights guarding their king they wait patiently, perhaps they were human at one point, at least the legends suggest this. They stand in startlingly strange armour of black and whites, an rm shoulder part with glowing yellow stripes on one side and each with a red cape at their backs. Silently they stand, maybe 4 in all visible at this time, two standing at each side of the final doorway in wait for what is to come.

The sound of armour clinking can be heard, heavy rusted armour as one of the Guardians begins to move, strained by having not done so for what in this world would be centuries. It moves toward the young mage slowly, eye lighting up to glow a soft yellow “To he who enters the temple of the great goddess,” it speaks. ”Speak your reason for this disturbance.” The voice that comes from the suit is deep and forboding, calm in an eerie way and slow in pace.

Sword in hand just in case a fight ensues, if this newcomer answers wrong well, there might just be some problems.

Deep within the confines of the final door, a light unseen continues to shimmer as it has for the past several hundred years, unwavering and unmoving, no one knows what is beyond and no one knows of the light’s existence save for the probably mindless do-their-jobs-and-nothing-else guards that protect it.

Fairy Tails and Chrystal Girls (Axel) Empty Re: Fairy Tails and Chrystal Girls (Axel)

Post by Akira Tatsumi 11th April 2014, 11:22 pm

Axel had entered the temple and was amazed at the contents of the inside. The floor had bright gold tiles that did not appear to have dust on them whatsoever. Axel also took a glimpse at crystals mounted on the wall that lighted up as soon as Axel came into the temple. He knew there was some strong magic that powered the crystals, but Axel wondered what magic that would be. As Axel gazed upon the temple walls, he noticed there were tons of doors lined up on each wall. Some were opened and some were closed. When he looked into the opened doors, all he saw were square rooms that only held treasure chests, which he did not bother to look in. He wanted further analysis of the temple before trying to take any of it's treasures.

He had finally gone into the last open door, and once he entered he saw a red carpet going from the entrance of the room, stretching out through the long 20 yard walkway to a giant door made of marble, with a silver frame. Right in front of the door, were four large looking men who were dressed in armor suited for a knight. The armor had white and black colors and each knight had a red cape attached to the back of there armor as well. Along with there attire, the knights held swords in there right hand holding the end of it with there left. Axel assumed that these knights were guards, and they protected whatever lie behind the large door.

“To he who enters the temple of the great goddess,” A guard coming closer to Axel spoke.. ”Speak your reason for this disturbance.” Axel knew that he could not just say, "This shady looking guy in a purple suit wants me to bring him back treasure," but he could not think of anything else to say. As he was thinking of hat reason he could use to get through the doors, The guards all started looking at his right arm. The one in the front said, "Guild mark spotted. Extermination begins now."

Two of the guards circled around Axel until they reached the door he came in from. He realized that now they anted to kill him, apparently because he wore the Fairy Tail guild mark on his right hand. Axel did not know if he could take them all, but he realized that since it was four of them guarding the door, that means that the large quantity of guards hid the bad quality of there fighting skills.

"I am sorry, fellas, but the only people dying in this room are the four of you. I have trained too hard to let some lesser demons kill me, so try, but you won't so much as break a bone in my body." said Axel. His words had invited the guard in front of him on his left to make the first move. He had raised his sword like a hammer, and immediately swung down, attempting to slice Axel in half, but he moved out of the way to his left, and took out his Fortune Blade underneath his long red coat, which was a blade that looked like three arrows coming out of the handle, zig-zagging around themsleves. He then quickly sliced the guards arm with a downward slice, effectively cutting it off. The guard shrieked in pain right before Axel had plunged his sword deep within his chest. Axel then removed it and watched the guard's now lifeless body fall to the floor.

The next guard in front of him dashed towards Axel, and launched 3 slashes with his sword, diagonally right, left, and then another right, but Axel easily dodged all of the attacks, and when the guard stopped attacking for a moment, Axel plunged his sword directly into the guard's face, ending the fight quickly.

Once he took his blade out of the dead guard's face, Axel turned to the other guards, who had already advanced on Axel. He quickly stabbed his sword to the ground, allowing him to use both his hands to gather a massive amount of wind, and formed the wind into an exact replica of his Fortune Blade, which he held with his left hand. He then picked up the real blade with his right hand. Both of the guards raised there sword in the air, and slammed them downwards towards Axel, but just then Axel had blocked with both of his swords. With all of his might, Axel repelled the blades back into the air, making the guards tremble backwards, and then Axel stabbed both swords into the chests of the guards, one sword for each chest. He pulled them out, de-summoned his wind sword, and sheathed his Fortune Blade back underneath his long red coat.

Axel's assumption that the guards were just weak soldiers were right, because though Axel could wield a sword like a warrior, he was no expert, so the fact that he took all of the guards down with just his swordsmanship showed that they were just expendables that someone sent to the temple to meet there doom. Axel had walked towards the giant marble doors, and opened them. When he entered the room the first thing he saw was a huge crystal in the middle of the room, that looked like it had something inside of it.

Fairy Tails and Chrystal Girls (Axel) Empty Re: Fairy Tails and Chrystal Girls (Axel)

    Post by Masquerade23 12th April 2014, 1:37 am

Wind swooshed through the otherwise stale air of the temple; swords of both magic and metal clashed, clinging and clanging against each other as the Guardians fought the mage with all they had only to fall at his hand. They were out of practice that was for sure and with good and of this point unknown reason.

The four Guardians fell one by one, metallic armour clanging hard against the temple floor, leaving a lasting ringing that resounded through the corridor for almost an entire minute The sound of the boy’s footsteps left a quiet series of echoes through the otherwise silent hallway, muffled by the carpeted area he would have to step on.

The heavy marble doors opened slowly as the boy pulled them open and stepped into the room, the carpeted section of the floor conintuing on, leading toward the large multi-coloured crystal in the room, the person within barely visable from the far distance of the wizard from where he stood. The crystal’s colour fluxuated with magic power ranging from pink, to yellow, to light blue and even to a dark purple-black as energies flowed through the stone prism.

Once the boy stepped into the room another Guardian stepped forward, this one with glowing eyes which fluctuated in sync with the crystal as the far larger armour stepped forward. ”Secrets lie within the Light, the Light of the Goddess of death.” he spoke blankly, no emotion and almost robotically to the young mage, no seeming to care that he’d just slaughtered four of the other Guardians.

This was the main guard, once a man but giving his soul to their goddess in promise to protect what lay within the crystal, in his words the Goddess’ Light. He said little more, instead staring at the boy in silence as if examining him, reading his intentions through his heart as it were.

Nothing happened for several minutes as the Guardian stood before the mage…

To the right, just beside the crystal stood what looked to be a stone book of sorts, opened to a stone page as letters began to appear, glowing the same fluctuating magic as the crystal and Guardian’s eyes seemed to. The letters began to form words soon enough.

To thee who hast been proven worthy heed these words.

The tablet’s words read before disappearing, returning soon enough to reveal a little bit of history of the temple.

This is the temple of the great Etro, Goddess of Death; here lies the savior of our kind, destined to greatness yet fated to fail…here lies the great Etro’s Light!

The words on the tablet remained for several minutes, which would allow Axel to read the entire thing, a lightning bolt used at the end instead of an exclamation mark. The words faded once more.

The Light will guide the souls of the damned, chosen by the goddess to roam Valhalla in search of those in need, now sealed away to await another fate.

If one were to pay careful attention to the words on the stone they would notice the word Light, capitalized each time it was mentioned, for what reason was anyone’s guess.

The words faded finally, a single Lightning bolt design etching into the stone book’s then otherwise clear display, a final and very bright aura of yellow light emanated from the tablet, the Guardian’s eyes and the crystal all at once, bright and overpowering was the light, blinding in it’s unexpectedness. As the brightness engulfed the dim room a cracking sound could be heard, though not seen as something unexpected happened. Once the light faded away however the Guardian was still, it’s eye light faded and empty, unlit lightning bolt on the stone.

Where the crystal once stood lay only shards of the extraordinarily large jewel, scattered around what had lain within it. On the ground, in armour similar to that of the Guardian in design save for it being far lighter and form fitting, no helmet covered the face of what appeared to be a young girl. Long pink hair strewn around her pale face as she lay, unmoving on the ground

Fairy Tails and Chrystal Girls (Axel) Empty Re: Fairy Tails and Chrystal Girls (Axel)

Post by Akira Tatsumi 15th April 2014, 5:23 pm

As Axel looked around the room, he saw A carpet that led straight to the large crystal, and another guard standing next to it. The guard stepped towards him, making Axel grab for his sword, but he stopped his hand once he heard the guard speak.  ”Secrets lie within the Light, the Light of the Goddess of death.” Axel waited for something to happen, but the guard just stood there like a statue. After several minutes of standing next to the guard awkwardly, Axel noticed a book made of stone on a stand next to the crystal, and he saw it glow. He walked toward the book and then came to a halt right in front of it. He began to read the words that suddenly started to glow.

"To thee who hast been proven worthy heed these words." After Axel had read the words, they started to fade and show new words upon the book. "This is the temple of the great Etro, Goddess of Death; here lies the savior of our kind, destined to greatness yet fated to fail…here lies the great Etro’s Light! This is the temple of the great Etro, Goddess of Death; here lies the savior of our kind, destined to greatness yet fated to fail…here lies the great Etro’s Light!" As Axel read, he noticed that the word light was capitalized throughout the story. Suddenly, the words dissipated to show a bright yellow symbol of a a lightning bolt stretched across the page, bright enough to make Axel hide his eyes under his hand. He noticed that the guard's eyes were empty now instead of the red they usually showed.

The light faded, and Axel was dumbfounded. Where the crystal was, he spotted a beautiful girl in armor familiar to the guards lying on the ground unconscious, and the shards of the crystal around her. Axel knew he spotted something inside the crystal, but never realized that it ould be a person. He did the first thing that came to mind and carried her out of the temple.

When he got out of the temple, Axel saw the man who told him to go in there. "WOW!! a I ask you to bring treasure and you bring me a gorgeous woman!" The man tried to grab her, but Axel put up a hand to halt him. "I will have to put the treasure hunting to a halt. I have to take this girl to a doctor!" said Axel, but the man kept trying to grab her like the pervert he was. All of the sudden, the girl began to wake.

The Guardian remained still as the boy lifted the unconcius woman into his arms to carry her outside the temple, all silent except the sounds of his footsteps as he walked through the hallowed hall.

She could feel herself hit something hard and solid, sudden solidity brought in place of the weightlessness she had at first felt when she’d been put into the crystal hibernation/stasis. This hadn’t been an eventful sleep, had she not known that she was to sleep for an undetermined amount of time, she’d have sworn it had only been a night. She’d had no dreams, no thoughts, nothing to penetrate the empty void she’d been in for who knew how long; even know she wasn’t sure of a single thing in her surroundings. The cold feel of the ground chilled her skin as she landed softly on the floor, unmoving and unknowing.

She felt something slip under her body and again she felt the weightlessness take her, the solid…whatever she’d been lying on sinking away, leaving only the feel of whatever now had her suspended up.

For a long time she heard nothing, not a single sound to give her the idea she was somewhere, anywhere whether safe or not so.

”…..treasure and…gorgeous woman?” a rather gruff male voice entered into her hears, fading in and out just as the one that responded did. She tried to listen, to get her mind to recognize and translate the fading and returning word of the people. A doctor? Why were they talking about a Doctor, and what did it have to do with her?

Beautiful blue eyes slid open slightly, staying mostly closed as they stared up at the man who held onto her, apparently he’d been the one to take her away from whatever the cold solidity she’d found, if only for the briefest amount of time. Her eyes smoved over to the next person, through the corner of her eye she could see the purple suited balding man try to reach for her once again, probably not for the first time. Without a word the woman’s arm closest to the creepy purple perverted man flew up in his way and harshly knocked his hands away from her, head turned to face him with a glare that said “Touch me and see what happens!” yet no words were spoken from the woman’s lips.

The man stared in minor shock as the armour covered hand reached to stop him, knocking his had roughly away. He quickly recovered. ”C’mon, let me have her, you can keep the treasure if I get the girl.” the man tried to bargain with the mage, riches in exchange for a girl he probably planned to use as a creepy sex slave or something equally unpleasant.

As if in cue the temple began to glow the same multi-coloured shimmering light the crystal had glowed, the symbol above the outside door glowing brightly as the building faded away, away from that dimension, taking whatever had been within with it as it left. (except for Light’s stuff that I’m going to register.) The man’s eyes widened in horror as his potential bargaining chip or loot vanished, eyes moving from it to the mage then to the girl before narrowing on the woman.

On her face as she looked at the shocked horror of the man, a small barely noticeable smile had made it’s way, as if she knew this would happen. ”Give me the damn girl!” he demanded harshly, if he couldn’t have the treasure then he was damn well gonna get that girl.

She was tired, far too tired to think clearly enough to respond to the creepy man as her eyes slid shut once more, but not before landing again on Axel.

    Note:
Feel free to like, just bring her to FT guild hall for some reason like, she is interestingly magical and you wanna know more, or something, then we can do an official get her in the Guild thread, have her wake up there in the hall.

After a minute of tug of war, Axel decided to knock the unconsciousness out of the pervert with one punch to the face. He then quickly scurried away from the scene with the girl. "While I as fighting that guy, I think i saw her eyes open, and she looked totally healthy to me. Maybe I should take her to the guild hall so she can fully wake up there," Axel thought to himself. After a while of walking, Axel had finally made it to the guild, and began to walk in with the mysterious girl who came from a crystal.
