Be a Model! (Skai)

Skai is strolling through Magnolia City, trying to get a carriage to take her to the Eastern Forest of Magnolia. Ugh. Walking through all this heat is so tiring... I need someone to help me with this... WAIT. Skai's glare locks onto a carriage with an elderly couple getting out of it together with groceries. Skai begins to run to catch the carriage but it's about to leave until the elderly woman sees her approaching quickly and politely asks the carriage man to stop. "Excuse me sir... Is it okay if I pay for the next customer's trip? She looks like she doesn't have money on her..." The carriage driver looks in awe at the elderly woman and accepts the money, nodding. Skai gets to the carriage and asks the driver to head to Eastern Magnolia Forest when she realizes she forgot to bring money.

Drat, how could I forget the most important thing if I wanted to take a carriage... The carriage driver says "It's fine the elderly woman before paid for your trip.". Skai peeks out the window and thanks the woman whole-heartedly as the carriage begins to leave.

The carriage driver notices how excited Skai is and begins to hurry to her destination. Once they reach the entrance to the forest, Skai goes to the carriage driver bows and says, "Thank you very much for the safe escort.". She begins to walk to where the mission said as the carriage driver watches Skai walk off as he smiles and simply says, "Kids..."

Skai, while walking, is taking in the beauty of the scenery around her. Tree branches, flowers and leaves are slowly moving as the gentle wind blows, guided by the shining sun with not a single cloud in the bright blue afternoon sky. Today is a magnificent day for a photo shoot that is centered around being eco-friendly. Skai is able to see some lights set up in the distance and begins to walk over in that direction. The closer she gets to the photo shoot area the more photographers she begins to see.

Skai begins to walk to a woman clad in a green cocktail dress that is switching between shades of green with a pair of green pumps with a gold anklet with a shamrock on it. If Skai guessed, she would be sure that is Chanelle. Skai walks up to the woman and greets her "Hello Ms. Chanelle. I am the one who accepted the modelling job. So I was hoping we could begin?" Chanelle smiles at Skai and says to the woman standing next to her. "Take her to hair and make-up. Make sure the hairstyles and make-up choices match the outfits I designed."

The assistant grabs Skai's hand and puts her into a chair with about four people surrounding her. The four people quickly get to work on Skai's hair, curling it into looks that makes it look nice with the two shades of her hair color. Once they are done curling her hair they start to apply simple makeup. Lipstick, a little blush, eyeliner and eye shadow. They then take Skai to her dressing room and leave her to get changed.

Skai blushes as someone is repeatedly knocking on the door as she is changing. The first outfit she is wearing is a simple emerald green tank-top with a chocolate brown jacket that cuts off above her stomach with a pair of white jeans and with brown heeled sandals. She simply says to the person knocking on the door, "Please give me one more minute... I'm almost changed." She throws on a black fedora with a emerald green sash on it and heads out the door to where the cameras are.

Skai waits for the cue for her to start posing. Since this outfit is bright and popping, I think playful with a hint of seductive will do. Skai looks at the camera and leans in a little close with the hint of a seductive smile while doing a peace sign. She also does another pose as if she is looking away from the camera but her smile is visible in the photos still. They usher her towards hair and makeup again after the last few photos are taken. Here we go again...

Skai winces in pain as the stylists pull her hair repeatedly in order to make a elegant bun with a few strands hanging out of place. Once they finish that, Skai gets pulled to the makeup table and they leave it the same but add a few new things like a sparkly eye shadow and more. Once she gets her makeup done again she quickly runs to her dressing room and gets changed into her next outfit, much more elegant than the last one. It is a short puffy dress that is pure emerald green, also with the thin fabric that makes up the skirt has gold patterns on it that makes it pop, also going with a pair of gold pumps, a gold bracelet, and a headband that has a tiny green and gold top hat on it.

Skai goes out to the photo shoot and they snap a few pictures of her in some poses. One is her putting one leg up and doing a peace sign while the other one was her lying down a log stomach down with her legs sticking up. She proceeds to get changed and does more photos for different outfits.

Once the sun begins to set, Skai thanks Chanelle for allowing her to work for this opportunity and begins to walk back to her place in Magnolia. Chanelle waves and smiles as Skai leaves. That was amazingly fun! I hope I'm able to do it again someday in the future.
