Description:
Quincy uses lightning magic to enhance fist fighting techniques when fighting. Its mostly used to enhance her movement and defense and does have a double edged sword with damaging herself when fighting. The lightning is a bright purple and sometimes black with a purple outline.
When fighting depending on what spell she uses lighting envelops around a limb. The abilities that enhance her movements arc whenever she moves. When unlocking more strength with her current abilities, her fighting styles change.
Strengths:
* High area damage : Its arcing abilities make is easy for mutitarget attacks.
* Strength : The power of the shock boosts her fighting potential.
* Unpredictable : The arcs of her lightning is unpredictable thus making it hard to fight.
Weaknesses:
* Damages Self : Most of her spells shock the user.
* Accidental Shocks : Can sometimes shock an ally on accident.
* Unpredictable : The spells can backfire when users will is not strong enough to use them.
* Sleep Deprivation : The constant shocking self can sometimes leave the user restless.

Type: Lightning Passive
Description: The user has the ability to send out lightning off of their legs using it to hover/fly off the ground.

Type: Lightning Passive
Description: The user has a 25% chance of leaving an arc of electricity when taking damage. The arc has the ability to return 25% of the damage done to the person who caused it.

Description: The user taps their heels with their palms and lightning covers their legs increasing movement speed by 25% and leaving static footprints while also doing damage to those near her legs.

Speed: Instant
Range: Close Combat
Area of Effect: 20 Cm
Strengths:
* Increased movement speed : The static makes her legs move much quicker than usual.
* Solid kick : Her kicks stun a d rank for 2 posts and a c rank for 1.
* Quick recharge: The ability lasts long and doesn't take too long to be casted again.
Weaknesses:
* Backfire : Along with the mp cost it also takes 2% of the users health when the spell is activated
* Loss of focus : Losing focus on maintaining the spell causes it to instantly disipate. Even if focus is lost for a second.
*Grounded: The user cannot use the ability Static Lift.
* Armor Ruining: The user cannot use the ability Thunder Body.

Description: The user creates two large whips of electricity from her hands that she uses to fight people from a range

Range: 10 feet from the users arms.
Strengths:
* Increased melee range: The extra shocking range makes the damage still work.
* Quick : The spell increases users attack speed.
* Quick recharge: The ability lasts long and doesn't take too long to be casted again.
Weaknesses:
* Backfire : Along with the mp cost it also takes 2% of the users health when the spell is activated.
* Loss of focus : Losing focus on maintaining the spell causes it to instantly dissipate. Even if focus is lost for a second.
* Armor Ruining: When Activating cannot use Thunder Body ability.
* Non-Canon: The user cannot use Static Railgun while spell is in effect.

Type: Lightning Defensive
Description: The user creates two large shields on each arm that reduce damage done by 20%

Range: 10 feet from the users arms.
Strengths:
* Increased blocking range: The shields large surface makes it hard for Quincies body to get hit from either side.
* Solid : The spell doubles the chance of the Thunder Body ability.
* Quick recharge: The ability lasts long and doesn't take too long to be casted again.
Weaknesses:
* Backfire : Along with the mp cost it also takes 2% of the users health when the spell is activated.
* Loss of focus : Losing focus on maintaining the spell causes it to instantly dissipate. Even if focus is lost for a second.
* Grounded: When Activating cannot use Static Lift ability.
* Non-Canon: The user cannot use Static Railgun while spell is in effect.

Description: The user bites into the skin of the enemy releasing a charge of electricity that surges through their body paralyzing them for a short time.

* Sharp Tooth : The static makes her jaw not able to pierce skin..
* Solid Jaw : Her bites stun a d rank for 2 posts and a c rank for 1.
* Quick recharge: The ability lasts awhile and doesn't take too long to be casted again.
Weaknesses:
* Backfire : Along with the mp cost it also takes 2% of the users health when the spell is activated
* Loss of focus : Losing focus on maintaining the spell causes it to instantly disipate. Even if focus is lost for a second.
*Grounded: The user cannot use the ability Static Lift.

Description: The caster is able to throw her allies a distance away with an extra boost in distance thrown.

* Hard Landing: When the ally lands, it creates a static pulse that does 1 D rank damage.
* Gap Closer: Allows allies to get closer to an enemy.

Type: Lightning Offensive
Description: User claps hands together causing lightning to arc and then maintain around the casters arms for hand to hand combat. It also does striking damage to those who are touched.

Speed: Instant
Range: Close combat
Area of Effect 5 feet of arms.
Strengths:
* Increased melee range: The extra shocking range makes the damage still work.
* Quick : The spell increases users attack speed by 50%
* Quick recharge: The ability lasts long and doesn't take too long to be casted again.
Weaknesses:
* Backfire : Along with the mp cost it also takes 2% of the users health when the spell is activated.
* Loss of focus : Losing focus on maintaining the spell causes it to instantly dissipate. Even if focus is lost for a second.

Description: The user starts to wind up their arm to charge up a ball of pure energy which is then released as a bolt of energy that is used to hit the target with a force that is near un-dodge-able.

Range: 60 feet

Strengths:
* Over Range: The range of the spell is fourty feet away from the caster at maximum range.
* Quick : The spell moves at the speed of lightning.
* Piercing: Can pierce barriers that are the same rank or lower than this spell.
Weaknesses:
* Backfire : Along with the mp cost it also takes 2% of the users health when the spell is activated.
* Loss of focus : Losing focus on maintaining the spell causes it to instantly disipate. Even if focus is lost for a second.
* Slow Recharge: The spell takes quite an amount of time to recharge.
* Burning: The user cannot use Closed Circuit for one post after the activation of this spell.
Name: Static Fade
Rank: C
Type: Lightning Supportive
Description: The user slides their hands from their head to their waist while shouting the name of the spell allowing her to use her body to be transfered into objects that can conduct electricity withing a few feet of her.
Cooldown/Duration 4/2
Speed: Instant
Range: Close combat
Area of Effect 5 Feet near the caster
Strengths:
* Easy Travel: Allows the user to travel through power lines or anything that conducts electricity(IE:Water, Metal, etc.)
* Quick recharge: The ability lasts long and doesn't take too long to be casted again.
* Fading: Weapons below strong are unable to hit the caster.
Weaknesses:
* Backfire : Along with the mp cost it also takes 2% of the users health when the spell is activated.
* Loss of focus : Losing focus on maintaining the spell causes it to instantly disipate. Even if focus is lost for a second.
* Trapping: The caster may become trapped inside the object that she is currently stored in if the object becomes covered.
* Shattering Defense : Leaves the users body frail for 2 posts, leading to 25% increased damage done to caster.
