Shit, maybe it was a bad idea after all…
Toketsu was the newest member of Fairy Tail, accepted into the guild’s ranks by Aven after a little test had been passed out. Akin to Nymara, Akemi, Althea, Zachary and Mitsuo, Toketsu possessed a Magic that focuses on the elemental embodiment of dragons – Dragon Slayer Magic. His element had been that of ice, the coldness and solidification of vapor, water and mist to form the glacial components for combat purposes. It held tremendous potential… just like it did in the hands of Hana…
Toketsu would have to develop his Magic constantly. That was how mages grew stronger and stronger throughout time; practice, experience and resolve. Henceforth, Mura brought him along to Talonia where a little, unofficial tournament had been held up. Toketsu had little say in this; Mura had already signed him up.
The tournament dealt with follows; each participant was to choose a wooden weapon from the stand near the entrance to the white, round floor that was the battlefield. The wooden weapons were decorated, painted and formed to resemble various weaponry:
Mura simply leaned over the fence among the audience while Toketsu was called out to choose his weapon for the tournament. His first opponent, a ninja-dressed battler nicknamed Lynx, had already chosen three-clawed knuckle blades and was waiting for the Fairy Tail Dragon Slayer to enter the arena with his weapon.
"C'mon, choose your weapon already! I haven't gotten all day!"
