To start this off, I will apologize for the delay, but seeing that you have a different magic, this got ignored.
My next question would be why you applied this. Why did you? I haven't seen a Primary Magic Change purchase anywhere, neither does this application seem like a secondary. So what exactly is this application supposed to be? In case this IS your new primary magic, then you'll have to buy a Magic Change in the Magic Shop. Otherwise you won't get this approved in any form, as it is a completely different Magic in comparison to your current one.
This magic seems quite complicated so I just want any unclarifications aside before I get on this.

This is a clarification, my magic creates demons with their own unique powers and so on this app is all about simplifying and explaining those abilities so I'm not just making stuff up as I go along. I just wanted to get a specific list of abilities for my creatures instead of creating what they do on the spot.

I will take a look at it, but to make this less complicated for me, I would like you to link your previous magic into this if it's supposed to be connected. Because I HAVE checked your magic before, and there I didn't make out the connection. But I will look nevertheless and grade according to what I find.

Alright, I kind of get where you are going with this. But I'm still not intent on grading it without asking something.
With whom did you discuss the NUMBER of the abilities? Because honestly. You gain two additional D Rank slots for one D Rank spell. Imo, you should only be able to gift your demon ONE ability.

I went off of the summoning rules one normal and one passive ability but each demon only gets one or the other. I just decided to use what was already there in the rules as a basis. I wasn't certain really how to formulate it all.
