    Description: Winter Spirit magic is the magic of the Yuki-Onna,  a ghost of japanese folklore who appears on snowy nights to some effect.   The legends vary because the Yuki-Onna vary, but the constant is that the Yuki-Onna are undead spirits of winter and beauty who survive by draining heat- life force- from humans.   Different Yuki-Onna go about this in a variety of ways,  from forcefully breaking into homes and draining its occupants to death,   luring travelers away from their groups or off the trails,   or seducing men and women alike to drain them more subtly when their essence is at its greatest.


    The Yuki-Onna being ghostly entities are unaging and a lot more difficult to kill than a living human would,  aided by their ability to assume their ghostly form to avoid mundane damage.   They have a variety of weapons at their disposal,  their disarmingly good looks,  their terror inducing eyes,  a command over snow and inducing cold temperatures as well as manipulating their own ghostly energies.   Hiding is difficult, as the Yuki-Onna can see in a thermal spectrum that allows them to see through walls and easily pick out the living from the cold unliving surroundings and to track their would-be victims.  


    How the Yuki-Onna use these talents are up to them, as the Yuki-Onna is not an inherently evil creature.   Some Yuki-Onna go as far as to become mothers with mortal men,  to raise children,  and even if they choose to become killers they retain some values,  even evil Yuki-Onna can be seen letting a would-be victim go unmolested.   However,  they need be wary...  as a Yuki-Onna that goes without draining heat for too long becomes a mindless spirit,  nothing more than a feral monster.


    Strengths:
    - Winter Spirit Magic is capable of Teleportation spells.  It's strong against most water magics,  plant magics (But not wood).   [Winter] spells deal no damage to metal spells and effects,  however,  they add twice it's rank in hidden damage which is added to the next heat based spell that hits the target,  such as a fireball.   Winter Spirit magic is weak to fire magic,  however,  it is also strong against the creatures themselves who are use to the heat,  but not the cold.


    - Winter Spirit Magic is either an up close and personal magic,  with very short range spells, or an area effect magic that effects wide whole areas indiscriminately.   It's spells have to be marked as [Close],  or [Ranged].  Ranged spells have a minimum area of effect of 15 meters, doubling each rank,  but can be up to six times that.  Ranged spells have a minimum range of 30 meters,  doubling each rank, and can be up to twice that.   Winter Spirit magic also has [Weather] spells,  in which case the spell changes the actual weather which can effect an area measured in miles.  2 miles,  gaining an additional 2 miles each consecutive rank,  originating from where cast and at a normal height for such clouds.


    - Winter Spirit Magic is capable of two primary effects,  which can both apply to a spell.  [Winter], and [Terror].   Winter effects are cold,  and leave frost burns on a victim.  When hit with a cold spell, the victim has a 5% (Doubles each spell rank) reduction in their ability to move effectively,  which is reduced by 15% each post,  or 5% each post if there is a snow storm in the area,  and 25% if they are in an area of heat (Near fires, desert, ect).  Winter spells deal extra damage to an enemy equal to their cold percentage.   Terror spells on the other hand reduce a victim's sanity by the same amount.  The less sanity they get,  the more delusional they become.  Prone to irrational decisions,  seeing things,  and eventually at higher percentages become unable to distinguish reality from rampant hallucinations.   Sanity recovers at a rate of 10% per post (The end of the post,  not the beginning),  which is increased by 5% if an ally is near by +5% per 3 allies.   Increases by 5% if the surrounding area is bright,  or with vivid colors (Or both for 10%).   If calming music is playing,  increases by 5%.  
    However.   If the victim is isolated from any allies,  it reduces by 2%.  If the area is dark,  with dark colors,  or if there are eerie sounds (Or nothing but silence),  then it's also reduced by 2% each.


    Weaknesses:
    - Heat Dependency:  See Icy Breath ability,  the character with this magic becomes dependent on the heat of others for survival.  For every 3 days they do not drain enough heat from people (About the equivalent of 1 person's entire body heat/life force: aka, death) the character has their MP pool halved,  continually halving until 5% or less remains at which point the character is incapable of any magic and becomes a mindless ghost that stalks people.


    - Fire Weakness:  See Ghostly Visage,  when in ghost form the character is weak against fire,  but not only that she cannot enter within 5ft of any flame.   If the character is killed with fire,  they take two successful Sacred Altar dice to revive,  rather than 1.  When they come back,  they forget all the names and faces of everyone they knew,  leaving only the emotions they felt.  They are drawn to places they had attachments to,  the biggest draw being to places she spent the most time at with the best memories.


    -  [Ranged] spells hit indiscriminately,  effecting any and everyone in the area and the magic is not capable of selective targeting within such spells.   [Close] Spells have a maximum range of 3 meters, doubling each rank,  and never have an area of effect.

    -  Winter spells can be eaten by Ice slayers.

    - Winter Spirit magic itself is weak against Fire spells,  Light spells,  can be eaten by Ice, Storm and Shadow slayers (Depending on the spell.  [Weather], [Winter], and [Terror] tags create this weakness),  and is less effective against stone,  wood,  and shadow.


    Abilities/Powers:
    - Storm Warning:  The more exited or aggressive the character gets, the more clouds appear in the general area until they form a snow storm.   In the heat of ecstasy or a boiling anger,  the Storm Warning forms a storm cloud 20 meters in radius from the character's position,  100 meters above the character (Both size and height doubles each character rank).    The falling snow reduces vision partially (10% accuracy / awareness reduction as appropriate.   Increases by 10% for each character rank.  ) and chills the area (10% slowing effect on unprotected individuals.   25% cold resistance is sufficient to ignore this,  +15% required for every rank lower than the character the enemy is, and -5% for every rank higher.   Heavy winter clothing reduces slow to 5% per rank..   Slow increases by 10% per character rank).    The storm is capable of producing an inch of snow per post within the area, doubling every character rank.
    If the character is not in a heightened emotional state (Just normally ticked off compared to extreme anger),  these effects are half their effectiveness with the storm comparatively being reduced.   If the character isn't emotional at all, then there are no clouds. Yuki-onna’s are spirits of winter itself and thus the weather responds to their emotional state
    -Falling Snow reduces visibility by 10% per rank
    -Slows unprotected players by 10%, unless character has has 25% cold resistance. Required cold resistance increases by 15% for every rank lower than Yuki-onna and -5% for every rank above Yuki-onna.



    - Frozen Soul:  Whenever in the area of a snow not of the character's own creation,  the character receives a 20% boost to reflexes,  speed,  and durability (+10% per character rank) with an increased MP Regen of 10% every 3 posts (vs 10% every 5). The character has a 25% resistance to cold-based spells of 1 rank higher than themselves, 50% for same-rank effects, 75% for effects 1-rank lower,  and 100% for effects 2 ranks lower.  The character can see a thermal view of the area within 60 feet in front of her when eyes are closed,  which allows her to see through walls though a 1ft thick wall would reduce the range by 10ft per foot of wall.



    - Eyes of Terror:  Whenever someone sees the character's eyes,  they are subject to a sense of fear causing them to have minor shakes in their muscles that can throw off aim by about 5% and cause their heart rate to speed up. Effect triples for each rank lower than the character the victim is.   At three ranks lower than the character, the victim is put into a state of panic (Assuming no resistance) and may soil themselves as they cower if they are unable to flee.   Four ranks lower and they are instantly paralyzed by fear that makes their heart hurt.   Five ranks lower and the victim faints due to stress. Higher rank mages are immune to the effects and can never be effected. Characters that use fear as a power are also considered 2 rank higher when looking into the Yuki-onna’s eyes.
    The character can suppress this by keeping the eyes closed or have people develop immunity to this effect by being near the Yuki-onna’s presence for an hour.



    - Body of Beauty:  The character is endowed with a beautiful form the likes of which would make poets cream themselves and have wet dreams about for the rest of their lives.  The character transcends sexual orientation and all humanoid creatures find the character attractive to the point that it'd take notable self-control not to stare, and considerable willpower to resist an attempt by the character to seduce them (non-sexual, gay men and straight women just find the Yuki-onna aesthetically pleasing). This cannot force a character to do something he would not normally do, this is not mind control (purpose is RP only). This can also bring unwanted attention to the Yuki-onna as her beauty can her make her the focus of all her actions for good or ill. Beauty has it’s downsides as well.


    - Icy Kiss: A kiss from the character on a victim who willingly participates in the kiss (or helpless to resist it) receive damage equal to the Yuki-Onna’s rank rank (Lip action only, no cheek peck'n).  Whether or not they survive, this results in a frozen soul stolen by the character, which eliminates their ability to feel any emotion for anyone but the character as she holds the soul.  If the character is slain, all stolen souls return to their owners.
    Icy Breath is actually a trading of energy, it’s not so much that the character freezes them it's also that she steals their heat and with it a portion of their life essence.   Life essence can be recovered with a bit of rest and a nice meal, dependent on how much was stolen.  This life essence is best extracted in the throes of passion and heated desire, when they do not even detect the exchange (No damage) until they would succumb to it in addition to having more to drain.


    - Ghostly Visage:  The character is a ghostly entity,  and as a ghost the character can assume incorporeality in which they are not wholly attached to reality anymore. In this state they avoid nonmagical damage,  and have double resistance to cold effects.   The character is weak against flame,  which deals normal damage to her.   In a similar manner,  being undead,  the character suffers no additional damage due to being hit in a normally critical location of the body.  A head shot is not an instant death, as the brain is not critical.  Similarly, she has no heart beat and neither has any need to breath, sleep, or eat.  However, they may enjoy doing so regardless as the character still feels pleasure... and pain.  Another benefit is not aging.   Incorporeality means that the character isn't wholly there, and can pass through any crack in a surface or through thin surfaces.  You could walk through a wooden wall, but not a stone wall.  The Ghostly Visage is not invisible, but looks like a misty-icy cloud roughly resembling a humanoid.   It's thin enough that it'd be difficult to see in a snowstorm, but easily noticeable where it'd be out of place.

    Name: Winter’s Breath
    Rank: D
    Type: Ice (Winter Ranged)
    Description: Yuki inhales a massive amount of air, holds it for a second, then exhales a slightly thick mist into the surrounding area. The mist spreads out, dropping the temperature by another 10 degrees Celsius across a 15 meter radius. The visibility of anyone caught within the mist is reduced by by half, and movement speed reduced due to winter debuff. Targets caught in this spell suffer from D-rank damage for each turn caught in this spell.
    Strengths: -Applies Winter debuff on target every time they stay in the fog.
    -Applies continuous D-rank damage as long as they stay in the fog.
    -Reduces visibility in the fog by 50% to non-mages and D-rank ones. C-rank mages visibility is reduced by 25% and B-rank and stronger are reduced by only 10%.
    Weaknesses: -Friendly Fire, this spell will damage allies caught in fog as well.
    -Fire spell of equal or higher rank can completely cancel the spell.
    - Wind spells of equal or higher rank will disperse the mist, nullifying all effects of the spell.
    -Spells Duration is reduced to 1 in hot environments like deserts and tropical climates.

    Name: Claws of Winter

    Type: Ice (Winter Close)
    Description: These 6 inch long claws of pure ice manifest out of the Yuki-onnas hand, replacing the fingers. The ice is used to attack targets in melee as needed and does D-rank damage to those it slash
    Strengths: -Applies Winter debuff.
    -Spell cannot be disarmed unlike Ice make magic.
    -Makes metal based magic receive 2 D-ranks of damage if heat based magic hits it afterwards.
    Weaknesses:-D rank Fire spell automatically melts the claws.
    -Will break after 2 D ranks worth of damage.
    -Cannot grab things normally while wielding these claws due to slickness.
    -No direct damage to metal based magic armors and weapons

    Type: Offensive (Terror range)
    Description: Yuki lets out a terrifying ghostly scream that pierces into a persons soul. Not only does it deafen everyone 15 meters around her, but applies terror debuff on enemies. Sadly it also hits allies as well. Deals D-rank damage.
    Strengths: Scream will hot all enemies 15 meters away from Yuki for damage.
    Targets hit with scream will be deafened for 2 posts.
    Targets get applied with terror debuff.
    Weaknesses: Scream also hits allies for damage
    Scream also adds terror debuff to allies
    Scream deafens allies for 2 posts
    Sonic or wind spell of equal rank or higher can be used to counter spell.
    Post: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 posts



    Name: Icy prison
    Rank: D
    Type: Offensive (Winter Terror Close)
    Description: Yuki grabs hold of a target and freezes the targets body if grip is help long enough. At the same time the targets feel their very soul start to freeze and target will know fear from their soul icing over. Target encased in ice can still be broken free however with enough force or melted.
    Strengths: Applies both Terror and Winter Debuff.
    Target gets encased in ice and cannot move for 3 turns
    Is a nonlethal attack otherwise and good for capture.
    Weaknesses: Requires 2 turns of contact to encase target in ice.
    Encased victim can be freed with 2 D-rank damage
    Fire magic automatically thaws the target, letting them escape.
    User is vulnerable to attack while freezing target.
    Enemies that use fear based magic are immune to Terror debuff.

    Considering that the abilities were already pre-approved by someone else, and the changes already done, I see no real problems with this magic.
