How Cold? [Leo/Yuki/Ace]

Railways ran through Oshibana like veins, trains were like the blood cells, and people were what created the clogged arteries. At least that's what Ace believed as he practically had to push his way through the slug like crowd exiting his train. Once his boots hit the platform Ace was quick to move away from the slow moving crowds. His next train would be departing in an hour or so, which gave the red head some time to himself. Though there wasn't exactly much in Oshibana for Ace to do. To most that would have been quite the dilemma having to entertain themselves for an hour or so in a train station but to Ace? Well, that was a simple task.

Oshibana was a train station, arguably the largest, and it certainly it held a variety of people more specifically mages. If there was one thing that entertained Ace it was mages. Considering that many mages busied themselves by doing jobs for others, jobs that required travel, and travel typically meant trains then Ace had struck the gold mine. A charismatic smile had eased its way onto his lips, making him more approachable than before. There were a number of mages at the train station but Ace had yet to select a target. He didn't want just any mage, what he desired was an entertaining mage. One who wielded a magic he had never seen before. If they were just any ordinary mage then they would be of no value to him. He sat himself upon a nearby bench, strategically chosen for its position as the most passed by bench. Usually his charming demeanor would be enough to lure in a mage to conversing with him, most would sit next to him to chat, to flirt, to inquire about his eye patch. Yet sometimes simply sitting and looking sociable wouldn't always do the trick. Which is why, with practiced motion his wallet fell onto the floor beneath the bench. There was only a few jewels in there so losing it wouldn't hurt him, it was merely another piece of bait to draw in a person who would either give it back to him, or attempt to steal it. Either way it provided ample opportunity for Ace to get mages to flock to him.

"Thank you!" Ace replied, a smile forming on his lips with practiced ease. "I swear I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached to my shoulders." He took the wallet, single green eye crinkling in apparent delight. The wallet was slide into the back of his dark colored pants, and just as he was about to talk more to the male before him another had approached. Two mages taking the bait was delightful to say the least, though one of them was apparently more aware of Ace's little ploy than the other had been. His green gaze shifted over to the approaching woman, and without a moment's hesitation a blush fell upon his cheeks at his will.

"Woah man!" He elbowed the male who had given him his wallet back, "She's a real looker ain't she?" He swooned, single eye practically turning into a heart. Her words were icy and true but Ace played them off dancing away from her accusation with ease. "On purpose? My dear lady you are sorely mistaken, what man would drop his wallet for a so called response?" He inquired but did not give her room to reply, "Actually scratch that. For you I would drop my wallet if it would only give me the chance to speak with such a lovely woman." He gave an extravagant bow still swooning over ehr. Straightening out once more, Ace returned to his full height only to be somewhat startled to find that both he and the female were almost even in height. "Rather tall for a woman." He mused eye shifting to the male and then back to the female mage. He had hooked two mages, now it was to get them to show him a trick or two. His hand ran through his mess of red hair, adjusting the bandanna while he was at it, "I suppose I should repay you." His gaze fell to the male, the female was far too difficult to trick or rather seemed more intelligent for having caught his ruse so he'd test his luck with the male first. It wasn't as if he was afraid of the female, rather he'd bide his time, and wait to see how things worked out. "I'm afraid that while my wallet was saved there's not many jewels in there for me to spare. Instead I can..." He paused as if in thought though he already had a reply worked out in his head, "Owe ya a favor or two. I myself am not capable of much but I have friend or two that's a mage that might be able to help ya out if ya ever need it." He offered, putting out more bait that hopefully the male mage would take, "I know it's not much but they're decent enough mages for simple jobs and favors. Alas I'm not nearly as skilled as they are." He shrugged, "Quite the bummer if ya ask me. The stronger and cooler the mage is, the easier it is to get good looking girls." Again another opportunity, a piece of bait was tossed out, all the while Ace's act never once faltered even as he supposedly stared off into thought about good looking girls.

The white haired male did at least manage to make Ace's brow raise in question, "A boyfriend?" The though drifted through his mind almost idly but he merely echoed out a sing-song response, "Whatever floats your boat kid~!" He shrugged, others sexuality hardly of any concern to him. "Lower and toss it on the ground?" He responded looking at her as if she was crazy, and for a moment he genuinely thought she was, never had his hand so much a touched his wallet, it had merely slipped from his pocket with practiced ease. However, it wouldn't have been the first time his little trick had brought unwanted attention to himself from someone on the insane side.

"Wrong!" He interjected, briefly sounding like a parent scolding their child, "I never said I wasn't a mage." He smirked, grin eye glinting playfully though his intent was far more malicious than that. "I said that I know a few skilled mages and that I myself am not nearly as skilled as them. Not once did I claim that I wasn't." He shrugged, "If anything I admitted to knowing magic though nothing too spectacular." He shrugged, a good natured smile resting on his lips though it was in anything but good nature. If there was one thing Ace adored it was shoving words in others mouths. Verbal banter with Ace was difficult, impossible, and frustrating to say the least. Every spoken word whether it be by him or someone else, he remembered it all, and was always more than willing to show others his spectacular memory. "Not that it matters much. The offer wasn't for you but for this nice young gentleman." He gestured towards the white haired male, "Though don't get any wrong ideas. I have no desire for males and while you may be a very pretty woman you're rather serious." He corrected with grin, continuously goading on the mages before him.
