Delvic turned at the sound of creaking boards to little to late he was knocked aside by a large red pincer. Panthera growled menacingly and leaped at the large crustacean. The floor beneath the small purple lion splintered and exploded upward as a second red shell appeared from underneath. A shudder rocked the whole boat as Panthera landed. Delvic slowly rose from the ground where he had been left. As a cloud of fluttering birds launched themselves at the helpless young wizard. Delvic swung wildly at the horde of feathered fiends batting them away to no avail. Panthera stared down the his next meal with a sardonic grin. Dashing quickly towards the closest of the two and roared, releasing a wave of heat as the shelled crab sizzled and hissed. A vortex suddenly formed at Panthera's maw pulling water towards itself. The first large crab toppled to its side filling the air with a smell that made you wish for butter as the lion growled at its next target.
