the reason i put in teleportation is because i really want the passive ability of teleportation and the only way to get it is with armor or a weapon. and seeing as its named the twilight flash armor, i thought it'd be ok, and also, i edited my weapon like u asked

Ok... the main problem here is that you wrote D Rank on your STARTING weapon. Therefore I assume that this weapon is weak... so I'll have to treat it as that :c

And the problem is that weak weapons don't get combat-related passives. And teleportation is an extremely convenient combat passive...

I understand that you want to have teleportation (who doesn't xD), but you'll have to wait until you can employ REAL passives into your equipment.

Additionally, teleportation is SUCH a convenient ability that it is not possible to have as a PASSIVE, because it requires a cooldown to be balanced. Which means you'll have to completely get rid of teleportation AND traveling through alternate dimensions n____n
