Name: Feather Guard
Rank: B
Type: Lightning
Description:  A pair of wings made of black lightning appears on the wearer’s back and allow them temporary flight. While in flight the wearer can move around at the same speed as lightning and gives them great deal of maneuverability while in flight. By trading a bit of the duration to the wings the wearer can create a barrier from black feathers from the wings. The barrier is approximately a ten foot circular barrier in front of the wearer. It has the strength to with stand up to one B-ranked attack. If struck by any electric attack of B-rank or lower it increases the barrier by that much. Anyone directly behind the barrier is protected from the spell collision when it blocks an attack(s). Earth based attacks pierce the barrier regardless of rank and wind based of same rank or higher blows away the barrier. The wearer can only use the barrier while the wings are out. All right, so there is a lot going on here. I'm fine with the ring being able to give the wearer wings to fly; however, this should be a separate ability to the barrier. You get 2 abilities anyway for a Strong (+) armor, of which are respectively B- and C-rank. I would like a specified range for the barrier (i.e. how large is the barrier?). Instead of defending against only 1x B-rank attacks, I'll allow for 3x B-rank attacks; I also suggest increasing the duration of the barrier to As for the wings, you can make it a passive ability for all I care.

Allows 100MPH speed flight and great deal of aerial maneuverability The 100MPH I cannot allow because no one is able to move that fast without some sort of speed buff; however, I can allow for the wings to let the user fly at their rank in sprinting (i.e. D-rank can fly at 20MPH, S-rank could fly at 50MPH. It's still significantly fast for a base speed and any perma or temp speed buffs applied to the character would obviously increase it to more (i.e a 25% speed buff would increase it to 62.5MPH.

Wind of same rank or higher can blow the barrier away
Can only use the barrier while the wings are out
Wings/barrier can be eaten
Trades in 1 duration on the wings to use the barrier
