History/Story
History: Raven’s history goes way back about more than thousand years ago in a world where humans did not exist. She was born into the raven world, a world where ravens that looked like humans resided in. It was their own world far away from the humans. The ravens flew freely there and were ruled by the raven king, Kaitou. Kaitou was a brave ruler and kept the raven world in peace. Ravens were dark creatures in general but under Kaitou’s leadership, they were peaceful and happy. They had a strong leader to protect them and take care of them. What more could the ravens ask for?
It was in this world, as the daughter of Kaitou that Raven was born. She was named Raven as soon as she was born and the whole raven world was thrown into celebrations of the birth of their new leader. There were people that disliked this of course. There were ravens that were too attached to their primary dark self. They believed that their duty was tormenting others and not protecting. They were fed up of the peaceful life and they wanted control of all other ravens. They wanted to throw the raven world into the dark and destructive world it once was.
There was a legend looming around the raven world, the power of ravens that was rumored to be the creator of their world as they know it. Raven heart is what it was called. Their legend talked of a powerful being, bright and beautiful. It talked about a woman that brought peace to the raven world. A long time ago, the raven world was in complete chaos and darkness. Ravens killed their own species and the world was bathed in blood. Suddenly a warm and bright light filled the sky. A woman cloaked in white appeared. She took out her own heart and spread light and peace to the raven world. She chose people that would lead such a peaceful world, the said people being Kaitou’s ancestors. She also said that if this world falls under darkness again and when chaos comes back to grip it, she shall destroy the world completely.
And such a day did arrive. When Raven was just 10, Kaitou was murdered, leaving the world in complete distress. Raven was too young to guide them so who will? Who will take up the position of their king? The dark powers hiding in the corner came forth. Ikaros made the ravens choose him as their leader. Under his leadership, the ravens were forced to go back to their old life. Just as the mysterious woman from their legend said, chaos began to grip the world again. Everything seemed lost, sanity was crushed and ravens went back to their primitive law of kill or be killed.
As the situation progressed, the legend became true. Raven who was imprisoned by Ikaros began to change. Suddenly her thoughts were filled with the complete destruction of her own world and raven heart unveiled itself in her. Under raven heart’s influence, Raven killed off her own species and destroyed the raven world. At the last minute of her battle with Ikaros, Raven’s powers burst out causing instability. Various portals started to appear and in that instance of darkness, Raven fell through a portal into the human world.
Now Raven knew of her power but not of how to control it. She also knew that Ikaros was alive and she would be in war soon. And thus, in the human world, she was found by some people of Sabertooth that took her in without any questions.

How long has it been since she was thrown from the Raven world and onto this place that she doubted she fit well in? Nobody has yet asked her where she came from or about who she really is. Everyone were good people and they all welcomed her warmly. She loved the guild a lot and wished that she could keep her magic in control. She was still not fully sure about what her Raven Heart power can do. As far she knew, it was a very destructible power that was powerful enough to wipe out her entire world. It wouldn’t be surprising if it destroyed this world as well. So she had to take control of this power fast. At the moment, it was weak and it didn’t cause much destruction. Ever since she arrived in earth, there hasn’t been a situation where her power became uncontrollable but she couldn’t trust this power of hers.
“I wonder if I will meet Ikaros again” she whispered to nothing in particular and the silence around her soaked the words in.
