Outside Fiore, there is someone powerful... more powerful than what Etherion can destroy. Count Vladimir, the blood lord, is the most powerful of them all. He rules with his use of Malevolent Blood magic, a lost magic which is forbidden by the magic council. It is said that if one killed another using this magic, the user will go rampant, and cause himself to kill everyone. Vladimir used this, and now, he has crushed thousands of villages and cities outside of Fiore. No mages can withstand his attacks, as any mage who attempted to kill him has been killed mercilessly, their bodies rot and their blood consumed by Count Vladimir. One day, he targeted Fiore, and the news was recieved by X-90 Magi-Satellite, created by the TECHMATURGY Alliance, composed of the following secret guilds: Technos, Erevere, CHimeratek, MAchinex, TUrbulence, Robust, Gear, and Yvaria. Together, they created a device in which one person will have his soul transferred to Vladimir and take control of his body, with goggles to be used to keep the control. They shall call this operation as 'Soulbind'.
Sheen Overbuild, a revered inventor of the secret guild Chimeratek, volunteered himself. As he lied down on the machine to be prepared, the members of Chimeratek have prepared everything for the operation. After the preparation, Soulbind commenced. Vladimir, while flying, couldn't control his body. Goggles appeared in front of him and it forced him to wear it. At 50%, Vladimir tried to control his body, but Soulbind is so strong. At 75%, Vladimir couldn't move his arms and legs, and landed on the ground. Finally, at 100%, Vladimir can't control his body, instead, Sheen took control. Although it succeeded, Sheen can't adjust to the body of Vladimir. It stinks like hell. His magic is transferred to Vladimir's body. But, he found out that Vladimir's soul is still inside, which they can communicate.
