Breaker Backhand just has the issue that you need to specify how it acts when things like AoE spells or large quantity material spells hit you. Do that, and it should be fine.
One issue I have with magical consumption is the fact that it costs 10% to activate, yet you are not guaranteed to absorb more than 10% of mp to actually make plus. So how does that check out? And I haven't seen any direct description of the spell's duration. Where is that located? If it is in there, I haven`t found it v___v

Edited The Breaker Backhand Strength section to try and fit that request.

It's basically one of the strengths of the spell is that it doesn't have a duration, as it's nature is opening up and taking in magic, not using it. Aside from the initial act of "Opening" the magical flow itself.

One thing to also add is that because this is an absorption spell, after the initial cost of activation, it does not cost any additional magic for maintaining the spell. This spell can be stacked with other spells naturally can be maintained throughout a battle.

I can see how that is supposed to work then. But I would still like to have a natural duration. I pondered to have the ROA be lower, but then I factored in that that would simply work as a passive ability. And Magical Consumption counts as an active, so there's that problem. I would suggest a 5 post cooldown to be good.

5 post cooldown duration is on the end of the description of the weaknesses.
