Fiore was allied with Bellum at this event, but Lyr could not say that they were as a citizen of Fiore. Loosely as the word 'citizen' could be thrown around, they too held but a vague feeling of loyalty towards Fiore. Rather, today and in the days following before this conference, Lyr had feigned true neutrality. Lyr presented themselves as saintess of healing who sought the success of the Ishgar Symposium as one step further to peace across Earthland. Under the Temple of Devon, a god who was harmless in important matters and apparently blessed everyday travelers in others, they traveled to Felidae City.
