Primary Magic: Pandora's 108 Stars of Destiny
Secondary Magic: ???
Caster or Holder: Caster
Description: Within the earliest stages of the creation of magic the apocalypse has existed. Not necessarily there to destroy, but neither to create; it was there for both to flourish from one another, or to flourish on their own with their own strength. Holding everything at once and nothing at all, as such should the apocalypse be. The beginning of the end, and the end of the beginning. Like life, like death, but also unlike them; a being many know by name, but not by fate. Apocalypse creates life and death through its greatest ‘evil’... Hope. One of the 108 evils that were contained when gods still roamed the earth, when humanity was created, and given to them. Their gift and their curse. A human was created by the Gods of that age, bearing these evils, a girl named Pandora; gifted with beauty, smarts and cunning. But also curiosity. Said curiosity brought doom upon them all when Pandora, sent to punish mankind for their haughtiness and pride, opened the seals and unleashed all evils upon the earth. She could do naught as the first apocalypse flooded the earth, bringing forth those who would later be known as His four horsemen; the envoys of his beckoning. Apocalypse was cruel in its bearing, but understood his fate too was to be vanquished again until his later resurrection. He accepted it and took the one who granted him his second coming as his own; the God-gifted became his, and when vanquished to the borders of nothingness to bide his time for his next revival, left her with a child… a child bearing his sign. His bloodline--- though it would not be passed down through blood, but through magic.
Pandora chose to raise the child with the knowledge she’d acquired and would teach it about the evils. Once the child came of age, their life consisted of finding the 108 evils, who had each manifested as a demonic lord and wrecked havoc in their master’s name. Each of the demonic lords was defeated and sealed once more within the confinements of Pandora’s box, while the mother remained to protect the treasure at all costs, the child tasked itself to teach others of the ways to seal them in case they managed to be unsealed once again. History wanted it however that the 108 evils would be set free again by a female descendant of Pandora’s line; however during this repetition of the past the 108 evils weren't sealed once defeated… they were reborn. They found their brethren and united in the era to come, becoming known far and wide for their heroic deeds, as they wanted to repent for their previous lives’s sins, and even worked together with the descendants of Pandora to fight the other evil that still roamed their world. The heroes who were once evil managed to undo themselves of the seeds that the Apocalypse had planted within their hearts and souls, and had those sealed as the new incarnation of the 108 evils, holding the carnage and wickedness that once tainted their souls. Apocalypse had however predicted this outcome to happen and had done it so that in an era of the future, when the amount of Pandora’s descendants had shrunk to but a handful and their knowledge barely remained, the seed to controlling these evils would be planted within an innocent child. This child would bear the marks of Apocalypse and be able to use both the evil and the good that became of the 108 heroes, who had ascended to become the 108 stars of destiny, and bear witness to the beckoning revival of the Apocalypse.
Kitalpha is that child; chosen by Apocalypse to be his envoy, both tainted by the demonic and the light. The Pandora he’d created; his key to destroying the world as mankind now knows it.
Strengths:
- Unseen, Unspoken || This magic has no fixed element as it consists of pure ethernano and spiritual essence, thus giving it no weaknesses, but likewise also no strengths against other elements.
- Very versatile due to it being a manifestation of pure magic rather than an element and the capability of harnessing both good and evil.
- This magic shows itself more threatening and intimidating than it actually is, causing people and animals to become more easily intimidated depending on the situation.
Weaknesses:
- Curse of Carnage || Due to the family’s heritage her Fenrir has snuck into her magic and created a Beast of Carnage, a manifestation of her own carnal desires, and became a core element in the creation of this magic. The Beast of Carnage is as its name implies, and will feast its bloodthirst upon the wielder of its magic if it cannot do so on their opponents, giving most spells a backlash.
- Unseen, Unspoken || This magic has no fixed element as it consists of pure ethernano and spiritual essence, thus giving it no weaknesses, but likewise also no strengths against other elements.
- Due to having an intensified perception of good and evil Kitalpha can make the wrong judgements and decisions, which may lead to worse events in case this were to happen during battle.
- Due to the magic being rather intimidating, Kitalpha may accidently scare away people she doesn't want to do so with, like clients or pets.
Lineage: Kohl’s Plague
- Kohl's Plague:
- Kohl's Plague
Description: Kohl Kensai was the name of a widely known and successful sorcerer that would perform rituals on people which would give them a random power, according to how pure their soul was. At some point, it was rumored that an individual gained immortality, gaining the attention of an evil duke from a faraway land. The duke traveled to Kohl and demanded that Kohl to perform the immortality ritual on him. Kohl tried to explain how the ritual works but the duke did not listen. Kohl gave in when the duke summoned his knights on him and cast the ritual, however, because of the duke's heart being tainted with evil, he received a curse instead of a power. The terrible curse gave the evil duke permanent hallucinations, such as monsters and fake pain, and anyone who would look into his eyes would be forever tortured by the inescapable curse. Henceforth whenever one would show to possess a similar curse, he would be referred to as a carrier of Kohl's Plague.
Ability: When Kohl's Plague is activated the user will gain a very light purple aura around his/her eyes. During this time the user summons a illusionary monster to attack those around them. The monster does not cause actual body harm but will damage the people it attacks mentally. It can attack through barriers and move through things like a ghost and has 50% of the user’s HP for its own. The only problem is that the user cannot fully control their powers, so the monsters may rebel during certain periods.
1 user-ranked illusion appears dealing user-ranked(max S-rank) melee damage with their attacks.
If there is no enemy for the monster to attack or they cannot reach the enemy, they turn to attack the user instead.
Usage: The eye ability itself lasts for 4 posts or until the illusionary monster is defeated with an 8 post cooldown after use. The illusionary monster will attack the user if there are no enemies conscious or alive within 20 meters of them at any time and the user cannot call off the monster once summoned.
- Brutality of the Cursed || A passive that is linked to her acursed heritage as one of the Aurences, Kitalpha has an innate adaptation to enhance her physical and sensory abillities. It however forces her to depend upon the power of her cursed soul and most of the times involves openly showing the spectral werewolf and transforming into a more feral form herself. When Kitalpha does so her physical prowess multiplies by 10 (doubles with every rank up, purely cosmetic), and she'll become able to sense the presence of other creatures through their scent within a 15m radius (caps at the each rank's max range - 15/30/50/75/100/300).
- Queen of Destined Heroes || Kitalpha harnesses both the good and evil of these 108 heroes, allowing her to have an advantage over good and evil depending on the spells being used. Weapons will do 50% more damage against evil or darkness when having used the Heavenly spells, while those who represent the good or light will be affected when Terrestial spells are being used.
- King of Heroes' Successor || Having been chosen as the successor of the King of Heroes himself, Kitalpha gained his blessing in the form of his unyielding spirit, allowing her a 25% damage reduction.
