Felidae City was quite a lovely settlement and the purple eyed angel had to admit that it ranked pretty high up on her list of favourite locations. She had never visited Joya before now but it had honestly always been a country that the black haired woman had wished to. The locals were so cheerful and full of life with even the powerful dark mage having to smile at just how eager to please they seemed to be. They were incredibly carefree and Medeia made a mental note to herself that she would have to return one day to experience the place more thoroughly. Cat girls, bunny girls, dog girls, there were animal human hybrids all over the place and the filthy minded woman could not help but find her mind occasionally drifting. She could have gone undercover and used one of her more feline like forms but secrecy was not the aim of the day. No, as much as she wished that her reason for being here was simply for a holiday, the actual reason for was a far more dull reason.
The war between Pergrande and Bellum had come to an end apparently, a war that she herself had fought in alongside the lovely Tiisha and her brother. She had fought for Pergrande, both for financial reasons and because she simply could not stand the priests of Bellum. They were insulting to a being such as herself, a creature the heavens who had nothing but contempt for her own kin. These priests believed that the gods were beings of purity but Medeia knew better than anyone else that they were anything but. The ironic part for Medeia was that these believers spent so long praying and worshipping those who lived above the clouds but the truth was that those beings they worshipped were now residing in Hell, many sent there by the witch herself. Slaughtering the people of Bellum had been a great pleasure indeed for her and should the opportunity arise again, she would more than gladly finish them off. Every single last man, woman and child if possible. There was only one being born above who should be worshipped and that was her.
So, with hostilities being finished, the two nations had decided to sign a treaty in a neutral county and there was no more appropriate place for that than here. Her role? To patrol the city and make sure that there were no reasons for the treaty not to be signed or more accurately, to put anyone in their place if they tried to disturb the peace. Normally, she would have been the first to have caused an issue in such a place but the money was good and more appealing to her, there was always the chance that she could swipe one of the lovely cat girls who called the city home. Her eyes were always on the lookout and her gaze was consistently moving as she and her companion moved through the bustling streets.
Yes, she was not alone today and Medeia had to try fairly hard to keep her fluffy haired mentee close. The streets were absolutely heaving and she imagined that it would not take all that much to intimidate Kyra. Still, the dark haired angel believed that it would be good training for her young flower and would hopefully help her to master her other side, as well as the various other mental barriers that her adorable guildmate was suffering from.
“Stay close, Flower.” She said, having to speak rather loudly due to the bustling crowd. “Would not want you to get lost now.” Given the size of the place, that would be a pretty easy task.
