Location: Magnolia Town (west side of the city)

A full MMA cage in the center of the house.

5 bathrooms spread throughout the house.

10 rooms for students.

A dojo in the back yard.

1 Armament room.

1 break room.

A fully stocked kitchen with energy drinks and healthy food.

Fire pit on the back left of the yard.

1 gym room

Open to Pains students, Fairy tail members, and friends.

Griffon looked at his letter and up at the huge door in front of him. Griffon and Draco nodded at each other and knocked on the door waiting for Pain to open it.

"We are at the right place right?" Draco looked at the letter again. "Yah I guess we are." Griffon put his hands in his pockets and stretched a little. "Why are we here any way Griff?" Draco was starting to become impatient. "Because I want to get stronger and this is the place I can train..." Griffon nocked on the door some more.

The door was opened by a young man dressed in a full body black Gi, a White belt around his waist. Red hair spiked back he bowed to the new comers and stepped back to allow them entrance. "When you enter the house of Pain, you must turn and bow to the door as respect." After that the young man turned and walked deeper into the dojo. "The master has been expecting you, I am Saki, a disciple of Pains and will be your guide while you train here." The interior was massive, every few steps weapons lined the walls and the floor was solid oak. It was wide enough for five men to walk shoulder to shoulder with ease. "You will find the house is designed to fight in all rooms and to be defended if necessary."

Griffon followed the guy into the house. As the guy led them to Pain he was talking about the training. Griffon was ignoring him and looking at the rooms with amazement. As they finally found Pain Griffon waved to him. "Yo Pain, I accept your request to train here." Griffon clinched his fist and punched the air in front on him. "Whenever your ready!"
