Description:
This brilliant robe is crafted of the finest scales across the land, combining the golden plates of a famous treasure dragon and the crimson lamina of an even more infamous fire dragon. These materials were sewn together and gifted to the legendary man with the Golden Touch, Midas. It is said that he requested the construction of this robe so that he could imbue his magical curse into it, in hopes that he could rid himself of its ability and finally be free. While the robe itself may carry some of his magical ability, it certainly didn’t release Midas from his terrible malediction.

Description: This is an ability that activates once the user takes damage. The latent curse of Midas can be released once the user suffers damage, the entire attire turning a bright gold and unleashing bolts of golden light. Enemies struck by the blots will find themselves immobilized for one turn as their bodies fight off turning into solid gold. Targets can only be immobilized once every other post max, and only if hit again.

Description: For a short time, the wearer of the Vestments can borrow Midas’ curse and imbue themselves, or one ally within melee distance, with its power. In doing so, the user’s body is coated completely in gold, forming a hardened metal layer over their flesh and aiding in their defensive capabilities. The carapace also grants the user an active buff to spell durability at a user-rank advanced percentage for the duration of this ability.
