I have a wonderful older sister that I have not seen for quite some time. My sister is a very busy person, one could say she's a workaholic (shes such a workaholic I considered to call for counseling to help her overcome her addiction to work, but I digress). I would like to surprise her with a visit and a gift. I know a lot of people look up to her and she leads a lot of great and amazing people in her line of work. I can't help but feel nervous. Dear Seri,

I've lived most of my life shielded from the outside world, and due to circumstances, have been left to fend for myself all alone for several years now. Due to my constitution I was never allowed to get close to others in fear of hurting them, and for the most part I never had the need to "need" others either. In fact I even hurt some in the process. Yet recent events have made me see the error of my ways, to which I'd like to make amends... the problem is, I have no idea on how to approach these people, as they might not see my intentions in the same light. Got any advice for this desperate recruit?

I grew up in a harsh region and didn't have much time for anything other than chores and going to the village school, which provided only a basic education. Now that I'm older I'm currently studying ancient languages of Desierto. However, I have a hard time concentrating on the material in a traditional classroom setting. Some days I just can't focus on learning and I feel like I'm just wasting my time. What are some good resources to turn to for help?

To say I have a complicated life is an understatement but I don't think a therapist let alone you have enough time to unravel that disaster. I digress. Years ago I refused to do my duty without a true understanding as to why I done it, I had never went against orders before so as you can imagine I was and still am confused. In recent months I have made a bond with someone and came across the person in question that had me refuse to do my duty years ago. I have been a somewhat bratty jerk thanks to the previously stated complicated life to this person, but, I have also found I have a fondness for them. The problem is due to how I am, my duty, my race and culture I don't know if I should allow this fondness to grow or not. Do you have any wisdom you could share with me on the matter?

I'm scared. Like really, really scared. Several years ago I broke things off with a guy, and it really didn't end well for him. I'm not the type of person who thinks people deserve to suffer at all, but what he did to me at the time was just so awful. So my family found out and they reacted pretty severely. He was forced to leave town and I hadn't heard from him since. Until, now... I think. You see, someone's been following me lately, weird things keep happening and someone even broke into my house. I don't know what to do, I don't want to go to the authorities because I'm scared he'll hurt my family in retaliation. How do I handle this?

Dear Seri,

I am an archaeology student and had an internship at a museum and something went terribly wrong! I broke the nose of a statue when I was fooling around with a mace. I tried to glue it on but it was plainly visible, I was so scared that I would get fired and that my career in archaeology would end prematurely. So I bashed in the statue and told my supervisor that a mummy had woken up and smashed the statue, I don't know what the hell I was thinking. My supervisor believed it! And now the mummy is under surveillance and being studied by all kinds of researchers and mages. What should I do? I feel trapped, as if the world is about to fall upon me. Please help me.

I have a coworker I also happen to be mentoring, but they're not too fond of me as a mentor. Recently, they have decided it would be simply swell to show up to work out of uniform and in a sling one piece bathing suit, scarring many eyes. They also showed me a new 'ability' that they had, which was creating tentacles, apparently, and they've touched me with one... awkwardly. I have no idea how to deal with any of this. S.O.S.

Recently I've met a really gorgeous person. They are very well toned, in more ways than one, and have such a sweet temperament with kids. So sweet that I melt just watching them interact with mine at least. My kid likes them too and seemed to have more game going on than I did! >:( Back on track, I'd love to be with them. Problem is. I've met them maybe once now, and I'd love to find them, but I'm also scared of if they'd reject me... What should I do?

Dear Seri,

I've recently joined the guild I've always dreamed of attending! But there seems to be a problem that I can't seem to fully understand. Sometimes my seniors would look at me funny after training or a job and follow me afterwards, they seem to give me a funny smile whenever I wave to them as well!

When I ask that if I've done something wrong, they just laugh and say it's something I shouldn't worry about or change topic all of a sudden! I feel like I've done something wrong, so I wanted to make it up to them! Are there any gifts that a high rank woman adventurer would like? I've given alcohol as a gift before but that was for everyone in the guild, so I'd like to find something more personal.
