In a small secluded park in the rose garden 3 figures waited patiently. Two young men dressed in white and black suits stood next to a lady in who sat at the parks bench, all dressed in a black and purple dress. She lazy stares at the illuminated park and the people walking about, the lacrima crystals making it a perfect setting for a love story to unfold with all the lovely trees and rose bush all around, and the gushing stream that leads to a small pond in the center of the park creating an ambient noise which lulls one into serenity. Yes it was picturesque, and it would have been perfect. But the sadly this was not that, this was a meeting of two Harbingers.

Theyoung man on her right wearing the black suit spoke"Master, how long do we have to wait? Isnt it dangerous for you to be here in the open. Its just been weeks since we appeared in Magnolia, the knights probably are still looking for you." He was about to elaborate more on the dangers of being there without her disguise on when the short haired guy in white interrupted him "Why are you scared Duo? Isnt that the reason we are here in the first place? And besides, im sure who ever master is talking with had already take care of that. After all, he managed to slip in the invitation right into our doorstep."

Heero was right, they dont know how but one day a letter turned up in front of their door. No name, no address, just the ominous message written at the back of the envelope in red letters saying "To the Bringer of War". Of course Alleria was shocked and intrigued at the same time. She knew there were four of them, and this was the first time one of them had ever made contact with her. So here she was, baring her true self in public in good will, hoping that nothing bad happens. After all, Rose garden was such a beautiful place, it would be a pity if it got wiped off the map so suddenly.

[color:1834=#sanguine]It was odd that subtly had been the calling card for such an pragmatic and outspoken individual such as Constantine Rebellion, but he could not help but keep a low profile on this night. Though he was not directly where things tended to matter, he was still being sought after by those whom worked in the government, oh his worms, yes, his worms, they told him the information he needed to know. Everything worked two ways in this world after-all, in a world where paranoia and fear reigned as king, all it took was a simple rumor, and sparks happened.

Constantine was surprisingly however not here to cause conflict, no he knew that the legal guilds had grown in power, and therefore a false sense of peace would sweep among the populace, none would realize that the vacuum ripple effect of the Magnolia War caused multiple cowardly and pathetic dark guilds, to finally come out of hiding and establish prominent footholds. It was under this pretense that the best solution to these events, would be the establishment of a group that would neutralize egotistical power-hungry idiots whom only served to further the problem. Someone, something, would have too fund Kugeki.

It was an small organization after-all, not prominent in the world yet, and even still it could serve as a gateway into literally expanding the talons of the Harbingers further into the bodies of the lesser mages. The chances for profit were astronomical, and the enticement of control was more than enough to make sure that Constantine was on board with it. But he couldn't fund such an organization on his own. He needed partners, benefactors whom had as much power and influence as him. He needed another Harbinger. Only one of them was needed, and he didn't ask Famine.

No he had to go for the most prolific and ballsy of the group, a female whom donned the name of Wicked Witch of the West. Her fame was only proceeded by her tales of beauty and grace, something that enticed the deranged sociopath into meeting this fabled creature face to face. He knew nothing of her past, but what he did know was that he was on his way to finally see the a person whom had been established for a long time in the criminal underworld. It was for this very reason that the man brought his Commandants.

The two females whom had been, sitting next to him in this lacrima powered flying limo, were the ones directly in charge of all operations in foreign lands under the strict iron fist of the Rebellion Familia [What Constantine so cleverly called his organization, after-all, why call it something else, when he was clearly the son of a demonic half-god, half-demon. Constantine was after-all, proud of his roots.] The two largest and most profitable of these areas being easily Laoro [A desert utopia where slavery is legal.] and naturally Militron [A technologically advanced island paradise with a famed sex industry.]

In charge of Laoro was the vicious and monotone Requip Mage, Juno. She was not the kind of girl whom enjoyed the company of Constantine, and only served him loyally because he removed her eye in combat. Effectively ending her own gang and assimilating it into his own. She was a woman with a stern face, jet black hair, and numerous adornments placed within her hair, most noted the large blue flower and ribbons. Her hair came down to the small of her back, and she let it flow freely. She wore all white, and seemed militant, very professional female.

In charge of Militron was the bubbly and quick-witted Quake Mage, Sammich. She had been one of the victims of Constantine and his random bouts of arousal, and found herself possessively stalking the man. Of course, being the absolute genius he was, Constantine used this to his advantage, making her one of his most dedicated disciples. She also had long hair, but was rather full figured, being curvy and extremely gorgeous. As if she was an snuff star herself. She had natural beauty, and her personality seemed to contrast Juno's perfectly. These ladies reflecting the duality of the Harbinger himself.

Constantine shifted his legs numerous times as he sat between the two females, sighing out in agony as the car parked a few miles from where he would meet up with the ladies. He said nothing to his Commandants, they simply exited the vehicle, and waited for their master to do the same. Once they had all gotten situated, they made their way towards the location in which both Harbingers agreed to meet for the first time. All of the buildup and anticipation was getting to Constantine, he couldn't contain himself any longer. A smile crept upon his face, finally.

He wore very professional clothing, dressed in an all dark purple suite, with teal tie. His pink hair softly drifting in the wind. The man smiled softly and spoke towards his counterpart, he had never seen her before. But...something was familiar. She had a very striking resemblance to someone whom had power. But he couldn't place his finger on it, so he didn't mull over it too much. "Constantine Inay Rebellion. Harbinger of Pestilence. I am to assume you are my, peer. It is a pleasure to meet you." He stated in his deep thick Russian accent. Lips licked.

"I have arrived here to get on good terms with you, as we both happen to be mages whom excel in this world, above most others, I was under the impression that we could eventually end up in a war with one another. Such is the nature of our business. However, this would be an ill advised course of action. Clearly the Magic Council has reformed, and the Legal Guilds have shown excessive increase in recruitment. As it stands, we stand no chance of surviving this ocean of war, not without a plan. Thoughts?" He stated right away, twas business.

A man escorted by two lovely ladies approached them. The pink hue of his hair matched the delicious chocolate color of his skin. Not to mention those sharp eyes, she digs them a lot. Eyes that pierce right trough the soul. "So this is the Harbinger of Pestilence. Never would have pegged someone as exotic and beautiful as him would be so dangerous." She kept on eying him from top to bottom while the man discussed critical issues. It was a bit rude but she cant help ogling the creature before her, to the distress of her two companions. That was until he asked for her opinion.

It was true that the Council had been gaining strength and that the good guys numbers are growing every minute. And not just ordinary good mages but incredibly excellent mages. With their current strength, if they choose too, they could end the existence of dark mages everywhere. Its a good thing some of them are still bound by their idiotic moral code, that every life is precious no matter how vile or evil they may be. "Maybe we can use that to our advantage, dividing the house in two." She then looked him in the eye and spoke.

"I dont know if you will like what ill say. It has a 50-50 chance of working, if it works, the good guys will loose half their fighting forces. But if it fails, it may backfire on us big time and cause the extermination of most o the dark mages in this continent." She stood up, leaned closer to him and whispered into his ears. "Wondering how? Divide and conquer." Then she backed away from him in a flirtatious way with an alluring yet wicked look on her face.

The man thought to himself for mere moments, thinking about her proposal and the benefits of it. Also believing in the cons. You see he had garnished fame even though he attempted to keep his influence of chaos to a minimum. Though, it would be nearly impossible to keep hidden being so obnoxiously fabulous anyway. He knew that this plan would require serious participation from others, and normally he'd turn such a thing down. But today was special, it was a rare occasion. Constantine had been very bored. It was time the spotlight shown upon him once more. Oh yes.

The man snapped his finger, and one of the females blushed for only a moment, leaving the area in a hurry. Twas Sammich doing such actions. After a few moments she had returned, bringing with her a chair she had confiscated from some of the local residents. Placing it down she nodded and went back to her standing position, keeping silent as Constantine took a seat. He crossed his leg and peered at the fellow Harbinger. She had knowledge about the Council and the government in general, she knew secrets. For this reason she was an invaluable asset, he'd oblige.

"My dear," He began, not attempting to disrespect her. But his mind permitted him to speak to her as if she was someone whom he had an intense sexual attraction towards. Her biology commanded this. "I see that you suggest quite the dangerous plans. These schemes. But given the war in magnolia. Perhaps now would be the perfect time to enact this plan. Any other time and we'd be setting ourselves up to be annihilated. However, you are a Harbinger. Feared all over Earthland. Thusly, I put my faith in you. I completely agree with your idea. Have you details?"

Alleria cant help but stare at the creature before him. It was weird given that her heart already belongs to another. The man had finished giving his piece but the Harbinger of War was still silent, still looking at the man unaware that he was awaiting for her response. "Ahem." coughed Heero. Both he and Duo had noticed it earlier, it seems their mistress find the young man before them alluring. "Ahem!" coughed Heero louder as if to snap their mistress out of her lewd day dream. "Ah screw it!"  thought Duo as she elbowed Alleria snapping her out of the trance she was in.

"Details? Oh right...the details."  She looked at Duo and signaled him to give the envelop he had been carrying all this time. "Inside are files on certain Rune Knights." There was a pause as she drew her lips close to his ear and said "Have you ever heard of the term Lightsworn?"  Then she moved away to give the man some personal space and continued with her explanation. "Apparently they are a group Knights who implement extreme prejudice. They have powerful members and are backed by someone high in the Council of Members." There was another pause as she made a hand gesture for Heero to come close and give the envelop which he held in his hands. "Now their in your hands is another faction in Rune Knights. Those are...the soft ones. They practice maximum tolerance when pursuing criminals. Their faction has no name yet, but I have heard that the are growing in numbers. They also have excellent members and also back by someone high in the Council."

Alleria paced a bit before she continued with her explanation. "After the war in Magnolia, the lightswords faction proposed on pursuing the fleeing dark mages and exterminate them before they can recuperate. It was a good strategy too if you ask me, kick them when they're down. Yet when all thought the idea will be unanimous, the house was divided in two. One member proposed that it would be over kill. He proposed that it would be better if they should start rebuilding the war torn city first and strengthening the kingdoms forces before they go and pursue the dark ones." She stared at Constantine and said with a devilish grin on her face "If we widen the rift between these two factions. The house will be torn and fights will break out. And one way or another, they will loose have of their force in the in suing battle."
