Apache Revolver:

This bad boy comes with a barrel to hold bullets in; bullets that can be shot out via a trigger hidden in the knuckle duster fused with the barrel. The wielder can wear this weapon like a knuckle duster, but a single flick of the wrist can eject the weapon and stretch it out to form a revolver-like shape. It can therefore be used both in close-range and long-range combat. Jariel even went his way and alternates to filling it with healing salve at times.
