Strengths:
The bolts when they hit deliver damage enough damage to have a reasonable chance of killing someone if a vital area is hit, such as the heart or the head. Meaning they have decent penetrating power and a hit with one tends to make the victim stagger for a moment from the force behind the impact. Should a full load of six shots hit someone, they probably wont survive long.
Diversity of elements, and ease of concealment.
Weaknesses:
The gun can store six shots and remembers the last element embedded in it, the sky only being required to trade it's element. It can unload all six shots within a single post but sacrifices accuracy to do so making every shot after the first 25% less accurate (Stacking to make each shot even less accurate than the last). Thus five shots can be fired and the sixth shot would have 0% chance of hitting. This means the weapon has suffered an arcane jam and cannot be fired for for 2 posts. Despite being 0%, it will still probably hit large things like the broad side of a barn or point blank/melee range. Also note not all six shots are fired at the same time, but at a rate of about two shots a second.
The accuracy penalty is reduced by 10% if she aims each shot. Every aimed shot limits the max number of shots that can be fired within one post by 1.
The gun only recharges at a rate of 1 shot per post, to the maximum of six, making rapid firing even less profitable.
A full post can be used to regenerate three shots instead of 1.
5% MP can be spent to recharge three shots.
10% MP can be spent to make a full load of 6 shots.
If the gun ever hits 0 shots it becomes disabled and remains at 0 shots for 10 posts, not recharging. During this time nothing can add a new shot.
Abilities:
Magical Bullets: Vi fires elementally charged bullets fueled from her magic source. To charge the gun Vi just be able to see the sky and hold Vi up to it at which point a bolt of the desired element strikes the weapon harmlessly. Elements have to be elements the bearer actually has access to, as in having a spell that can deliver that element. However, actual spells aren't used for this. This has no effect save for changing the elemental properties of a shot and does not influence damage unless towards elementally weaker targets.
These magical bullets take the form of a 1cm thick and 6 inch long bolt that is fired from the gun, which appears as a concentrated mass of the elemental property it holds and is surrounded with a little aura extending an inch away from the bolt consisting of the same.
By default the gun does not shoot magical bullets per-say but is loaded with six blank shots consisting of lead and has to be charged to gain elemental properties.
Cloak: Makes Vi take the shape of a pair of underwear of any design. Changing two and from such a shape takes only an instant, but they have to be taken off before they can transform back into a gun.

Description: Fires a high impact beam of swirling electricity effecting a 60 meter long and 3 meter wide stretch in a beam-like emanation. The electricity causes serious but not exactly critical electrical burns and stuns creatures hit for 1 post.
Strengths: Damage, good against water and other things electricity is strong against, 1 post stun.
Weakness Relatively focused 3 meter window, doesn't effect anything outside that window or beyond 60 meters. Has trouble penetrating through wind magic. Countered by C-rank wind spells or higher.
Can only be used when elementally charged with Electricity.

Description: Fires a high impact beam of swirling flames effecting a 60 meter long and 3 meter wide stretch in a beam like emanation. The flames cause serious/major damage in total but is split into moderate damage at the beginning of the effected creature's posts for the next six posts or until healed.
Strengths: Damage, good against wood/grass effects and other things fire is strong against. Damage over time.
Weakness: Relatively focused 3 meter window, doesn't effect anything outside that window or beyond 60 meters. Has trouble penetrating through water effects. Countered by C-ranked water spells or higher. If the creature gets hit with C ranked or higher frost spells the damage over time becomes minor, and again to remove it completely, or a B-ranked frost spell to remove it all at once. Naturally, healing spells will have their normal effect.
Can only be used when elementally charged with fire.
Duration/Cooldowns: Instant. Damage over time six posts or until healed. 5 post cooldown.
Name: Lover's Tunic

Description: The Lovers Tunic looks mostly like the outfit in the image given above for Vi. The only additions are golden anklets and criss crossing golden lace from the knees down with golden sandals.
Strengths: Allows Elen to resist emotional manipulation and mind control.
Emits an aura of attraction, effective via visual cues. Anyone who sees Elen wearing the Lovers Tunic finds her attractive or twice as attractive as they would before. Feelings of love and lust are provoked with a fair sense of wonder.
Gives Elen a 15% increase in speed (Since it has no other method of physical defense, neither does her weapon Vi, and neither does her magic type).
Weaknesses: Elen cannot go unnoticed when wearing the Lovers Tunic. Everyone at least looks at her once, usually doing a double take. She can't get lost in a crowed, and will always be picked out even if they're not looking for her. Needless to say, anyone who is actually looking for her will undoubtedly find her.
Emotional tampering makes it difficult to determine if someone is actually trustworthy or not, or if feelings are true.
The Lover's Tunic is just cloth, can't stop attacks.
Being thin white silky fabric, the Lover's Tunic becomes remarkably transparent when it comes in contact with water.

Description: Elen blows a kiss that manifests itself as a light pink gust of air to hit a target within 50 meters. It feels like a refreshing breeze that invigorates the soul... but they feel like they just got kicked in the heart by a horse. Their heart skips a beat, painfully, and they are stunned for 1 post as they are struck dumb by Elen's beauty. The victim falls in love with Elenafter that, acting on their own will but in the interest of Elen so long as it is in line with their own interest (Which right now has getting in her pants or winning her heart at the top of their list). Meaning! They will act helpful towards Elen as within their natural capacity to do so. A strict and lawful cop would still acknowledge any crime she did, but would go easy on her or if serious he'd be regretful and probably see to it she gets a lighter sentence.
If the victim is a mage, the effect wears off after 2 posts in combat or 24 hours out of combat.
Note: Victims will still defend themselves, naturally. They'd just resort to less lethal means if they have to, or target others instead of her.
Strengths: Useful in subduing hostiles without having to hurt them. Useful when asking favors of people or to get that date you always wanted.
Erases any pre-existing emotion effects on the victim.
Weaknesses: Harmless. Without enough care or explanation, victims who fell in love with Elen may become depressed which wont do so good for Elen's reputation.
Feelings of love are muted on those who already have strong relations with someone. Feelings of lust may still apply, however.
Against evil or very chaotic/self centered individuals this may have the undesirable effect of making them wish to bed or wed her and not care about what Elen has to say about the matter.
