It had been a little over three months since Taiga last stepped foot in the Sabertooth Guild Hall. He has been travelling all over Fiore doing various jobs in varying locations and it seemed like that every time he wanted to head back to the guild, he'd find himself a new job to take on. Taiga has the responsibility of providing for his family, his father injured himself in a previous job and because of this, he could no longer provide for his family. To support his family so that they could continue living a stable life, fifty percent of Taiga's earnings are sent back to his family. It was something he didn't mind doing but it did bother him a little. He has two older siblings, a brother and sister who could also help provide for their family, but they for some reason don't have that responsibility. He just figured it must be because he is the youngest child and that he wasn't going to be having a family of his own any time soon.
The young mage had arrived back in town earlier that morning, immediately heading over to the dorms to unpack his belongings and souvenirs before making an appearance at the guild hall. Once he had done so, he made his way to the local tavern where he order a meal... Or more. Being in the tavern for a little over an hour now, Taiga had already demolished twelve plates, fourteen bowls and nine glasses of varying foods and non-alcoholic liquids and he didn't seem like he was anywhere close to finishing. "Excuse me! More marinated chicken wings please!" He called out to the young waitress walking around who returned his call with a look of confusion, disgust and surprise just by looking at the table of his collected plates, bowls and glasses. The woman just shook her head and walked back through the doors that led into the kitchen to place his order while Taiga began to suck of the residue of food from his fingers.
