    Warden Roguespell 2zhr04g

Name: Roguespell, Warden (Responds to Ward and Warden)
    Gender: Male
    Age: 27
    Birthday: 7/14
    Sexuality: Straight
Special Characteristics: A scar across his neck from an attempted, nearly successful murder in his past.

Personality: Warden is reclusive in his nature, remaining quiet and sticking to his corner of the room when he enters. He’s often a deep thinker, who is planning stuff at all times. Nothing particularly escapes him in detail, Warden knows body language like the back of his hand. Due to damage in vocal cords in his past, his voice is slightly more projected and a little robotic due to a small sound lacrima system having replaced it. While it has developed to sound how he thinks he should sound, it often goes on the fritz a little bit when he gets passionate about something, sounding a bit childish and like static. Nonetheless Warden will primarily keep to himself about anything, usually finding himself staring because of how lost in thought he will find himself.

Happily enough Warden can maintain a conversation once one is started with him, so he doesn’t particularly lack dialogue. When in a conversation, he will think much less, as the conversation at hand tends to accidentally vent what he wants to say. All in all, Warden can actually be figured as a nice guy, however he has a major character flaw: a deep-set hatred of Rune Knights and their so-called justice. You see, in his younger days, he was in a bit of a bind with money. His wife was ill, and his children malnourished, himself more so, due to the medical bills. Warden found himself having to perform some dirty work to make enough money to pay the bills and feed his children. Sadly, the Rune Knights caught wind, and took them into custody. Because the black market didn’t want him to talk, they hired an assassin to slit his throat. He was taken into the medical bay, unable to tell them that his wife was sick, and they ignored the signs, claiming it to be an excuse. His wife died that day because she couldn’t get the pills she needed.

He resents all rune knights ever since, and refuses to abide by anything they say on principle. Even if he would normally be a law abiding citizen, if a Rune Knight passes by and says what he is doing is good, he will stop doing it, and in fact, do the opposite, on principle.  Due to this, he was banned from Light Guilds by the Magic Council, so he and his child would move on to Dark Guilds. He found that they were less welcoming, and at the same time, more fit to his newfound ideals. As such, he usually gives a Dark Mage, even if hesitantly, the benefit of the doubt. While he knows they are all jerks, murderers, and creeps, so are the Rune Knights in his eyes, and by extension, the Magic Council.

In a combat scenario, his actions are usually relatively calm, not entirely serious in nature. He is a calculating fighter, who despite being a Dark Mage, fights generally to push back. The only time he will actually fight for the kill is when he is confronted by a Rune Knight or Magic Council Member, in which case all gloves are off. His tactics revolve heavily around a great amount of Muscle Memory he has, which practically instantly happens when he wants it to. This has developed his reflexes to almost snap to the same situation. Thanks to this he can pick up new skills in no time, and he makes use of them almost by sheer battle instinct once it comes down to it. Generally this is only a metaphor, however, piss him off enough, and it is more likely to be literal than metaphor.

    • Warden generally likes people, exceptions do stand.
    • Warden loves his child, who is his only tie to any form of sanity.
    • Warden likes riddles, while he is horrible at them, he likes trying to solve them incorrectly.

    Dislikes:

    • Warden hates agents of the government, such as Rune Knights and Magic Councilmen.
    • Warden is very wary of the black market. While he won't completely avoid them, he does have enemies there.
    • Warden dislikes people who pick on children, especially when those children are orphans.

    Motivations:

    • Warden wants revenge for his wife against the dirty Rune Knights who 'accidentally' killed her, which he has mentally warped into a conspiracy theory over time.

    • Warden wants nothing else more than what is best for his child. He would throw away his other motivations if it would achieve this goal.

    Fears:

    • He is wary of the black market, its a dangerous place, and he has learned that the wrong situation will get you killed.
    • Losing his child is his worst fear. He would throw himself into the devils mouth itself if it would protect his child. That isn't to say that he wouldn't take the easier option of killing the devil.
    • He has a slight fear of cockroaches. They are pretty gross, and he'd like to avoid them if possible.
