Magic Type: Slayer (Earned Ice Ds Lacryma)
Description: Dragon Slayer magic is an old magic bestowed by dragons themselves to worthy vessels. However, should one trained by a dragon come across a lacryma of another, they are able to harness far more power. The Hailstorm Dragon Slayer magic is the magic of the Ice Dragon bestowed by a lacryma. It allows the user to control the ice and temperature around them, either to create a gentle cooling breeze or a vicious blizzard. The biggest trademark powers this magic has is to allow a Hybrid Dragon Slayer to eat their corresponding neutral elements, magic or natural, and use them to restore their magic power. They also have enhanced senses akin to a dragon's hearing, sight, and smell.
Libbier uses the magic that was given to her to control her surroundings, trying to get an upper hand in speed by increasing her own, even extending those effects to those around her, as she decreases the speed of her enemies to better allow her to land her attacks on them. If she focuses she is even capable of creating solid weapons to attack or produce vicious hailstorms to deal damage and block her enemy's field of view to help protect herself and her allies. By consuming magic of her elements she can even boost herself considerably for a short period of time.
Slayer Benefits: Slayer magic overrides the possibility to get benefits from other types of magic. The following are inherited bonuses to a dragon slayer:
+50% Strength, Speed, Spell Damage.
Greatly enhanced Hearing, Sight, and Smell.
Ability to Consume Magic of the same element for MP as well as the Force Ability (See rullings below)
Resistance to their slayer element based on strength of spell/ability (See rullings below)

Consumption Rules:
Magma, fire, earth and/or ice element spell consumed will restore = MP to the spell's cost.
If the consumed spell is a higher rank than character, restores 1/4th of the spell's MP and take full damage!
Natural sources of an element only restore 1/4th of a spell of user's own rank per post.
Cannot consume element magic from your own magic, item, pets, or own self-benefit means.
Cannot consume mixed elements of air.
Hybrid Mode
Conditions & Cost
Must consume 3 or more spells of their rank to trigger Hybrid Mode.
Must have 50% of total MP remaining to activate Hybrid Mode.
To maintain Hybrid Mode, slayer must pay 10% of their remaining MP per post until it hits zero or canceled by the user.
If MP is reduced to 0 due to Dragon Force, the user will suffer magical sickness.
Dragon Force Abilities- Force highly increases the power of the Slayer's Strength, Speed, and HP by 50% rather than just 25%.
- The spell power of each rank is increased to 150%.
- In Force, the Slayer gains an aura of their element that engulfs their body. Physical attacks deal status effects from their respective element. (Frostbite, Burn, Poison, etc.) This adds a base of 5 melee damage onto their strikes.
- During force spells cost no MP to cast.
- Force highly increases the power of the Slayer's Strength, Speed, and HP by 50% rather than just 25%.
Unique Abilities:
- Frost Aura Has combat progresses, Lib's magic begins to surge forward with more intensity, causing temperatures around her to drop considerably.
Starting at zero charges, when Lib uses magic, she gains a Frost Charge, up to 4 and only once per post.
At 2 charges Lib's enemies that come close have their speed slowed.
At 4 charges the temperature is at its coolest and snow begins to form in large quantities around Lib. She may choose to consume the snow and the cold area surrounding her. This consumption counts as a natural source, after which her charges reset to zero.
This ability only gains charges with, spells that belong to slayer magic and resets by itself after 3 posts without using spells of this type of magic. The slow debuff ends if the ability resets.- Rank on range and debuff:
- Rank D - 50% speed slow within 15 meters, for 3 posts.
- Rank C - 55% speed slow within 30 meters, for 5 posts.
- Rank B - 60% speed slow within 50 meters, for 6 posts.
- Rank A - 65% speed slow within 75 meters, for 7 posts.
- Rank S - 70% speed slow within 100 meters, for 10 posts.
- Rank D - 50% speed slow within 15 meters, for 3 posts.
- Frost Bite Has combat progresses, Lib's magic begins to surge forward with more intensity, causing temperatures around her to drop considerably.
Has Frost Aura rages on, enemies affected by it begin to freeze up and get frostbites. Every enemy affected by Frost Aura loses 1% of their HP per turn for each turn that they are affected by Frost Aura up to 5%. Losing the effects of Frost Aura resets Frost Bite damage.
