Description: Ice was the first magic he had been able to use, but that was destroyed with a removal of a piece of his soul, made a little easier to accomplish by the fact that a hole had been in his soul to begin with. No longer having enough of his dragon side to naturally wield ice, it took an ice dragon slayer lacrima to repair the massive hole and restore balance to his soul, body, and magic. He can consume pure forms of ice and snow, use ice magic, and moves quicker in older climates. Of course he also gets motion sickness on anything that is not a friend/living creature. There is also a chance of getting dazed when hit by fire magic.

Name: Tail Slap
Rank: A
Duration: 1 round
Type: Single target/attack
Description: Must have tail out to use. Sharp blue ice quickly forms on the end area of his long tail. It can then be used to slap an opponent, dealing 100 hp damage. After that the ice evaporates off of the tail. This is a quick to use spell that involves a powerful limb. It has a range of one meter. The spells speed is the same as the mages physical speed.
Downside: The tail cannot move as freely as many other kinds, as such requires a lot of movement to properly position for using it, making the spell very bad to try to use in a cramped or small space. It's a short range spell.
Name: Ice Punch

Type: Single Target Attack
Description: One of his arms gathers a large amount of ice. Once it's done gathering? The ice can be launched off his arm and travel 300 meters away at 300 meters per second, dealing 100 hp worth of damage.
Downside: Can only hit one target at a time, does no damage if the ice is melted before it hits the target.

Name: Ice khopesh
Rank: A
Type: Multi Target Attack/Weapon
Duration: 4 rounds
Description: A white mist of energy forms around the hands before flowering out and shaping into a pair of khopesh made of a kind of white ice. It functions much like a khopesh weapon, only with an icy touch.Can be used multiple times, doing 110 points of damage maximum using both ice khopesh’s per attack. This means each Kopesh deals 55 hp on their own at best. It's a close range spell with a one meter range. The spell moves as fast as the casters body. Can be used on multiple opponents due to being a weapon, though due to being blades can only really hit one target at a time.
Downside: Speed of the spell depends on the users physical ability and skill. The ability to do damage with it depends(in part) on the users skill in wielding the weapons.

Type: Single target/Healing
Description: The caster breathes out cold breath with a light spray of soft purple snow. It hits a single target that can be up to 300 meters away and travels at 250 meters per second. Heal 150 HP per round. It lasts for four rounds. This purple cold has a healing aura, thus lowering damage from attacks by 50% during the time it is active.
Downside: The spell can only be used if the caster has at least 25% of their HP left due to the long power it requires to use.

Name: Snow Breath

Type: Single target attack
Description: The caster breathes out an icy breath with ice at the front and white snow behind. The spell moves at 200 meters per second and can travel up to 300 meters away. This does 100HP damage to the target. Also, due to the high amount of cold from the spell that hits the target, it lowers Speed by 65%. The debuff will remain the round its cast, as well as two more rounds after.
Downside: The spell can only be used if the caster has at least 25% of their HP left due to the long power it requires to use.

Type: single target
Description: A cold breath is released from the caster, making the immediate area in front of him icy cold. This can lower the speed of a spell That's A rank by 50% and freeze spells below that rank. It's effects wear off after 3 rounds. While this does not destroy the spells, it can buy enough time to move out of the way. While it can also freeze non spell related liquids, that usually has no effect on a battle. It can travel up to 300 meters away at 300 meters per second.
Downside: 50% less effective on lightning spells. Cannot freeze fire spells.
Name: Frosty Affections

Type: Single Target Healing
Description: A small rainbow colored heart of ice. It has a range of Zero meters and has a speed of zero meters per second. It can be moved, but cannot move itself. The ice dissolves in the mouth like its made of snow and tastes like cold delicate white grapes. It will heal someone for 100hp, but could also make the healed person hungry.
Downside: Can cause the person healed to become hungry. Needs to be consumed for the spell to take effect.
Name: Solstice Slumber

Type: area of effect
Description: A chill in the air travels from their body, coating the ground in a thin layer of ice, followed by a thicker layer of snow. There's a 50% chance of putting enemies that are A rank or B rank to sleep, Any of lower ranks going to sleep. Those that fall asleep do so for one round only. Enemies that aren't asleep will still be effected by the chilling magic, becoming slowed down by 65%. The cold magic in the area can help allies keep calm and level headed, but doesn't guarantee it. The area effected by the spell is up to 150 meters big, the spell traveling at 75 meters per second.
Downside: People need to remain in the spells area to continue to be effected by it. The spell will stop early if someone manages to cause the caster to loose their focus.

Type: Single Target/Healing
Description: Ice shards form near the mouth before being shot at a target, able to go up to 300 meters away at 300 meters per second. changes into well sized flower shaped snowflakes once it touches someone. The snow will stick to the person for four rounds, healing that person for 100HP per round. While healing it will also remove infections, virus's, and poisons that are not created by magic or spells. The snow will fade as soon as it's duration finishes.
Downside: The spell will stop early if magic is used to melt it off. It can't remove impurities created by magic.
Name: Polycrystals Seal

Duration: 1 round
Type: Single Target/Heal
Description: Multiple snowflakes gather and form in one of his hands, creating polycrystals that in turn create a 5 millimeter Graupel. This spell can travel 100 meters away at 300 meters per second. Once the flower hits the target, it will move to the damaged area then blossom into multiple flowers made of Polycrystals, each blossomed flower being 10 millimeters wide. Each one has 8 petals and a white color. The snow will seal and fill any cuts and 'call' any body parts lost within a few hours to the person. If lost recent enough, those parts will re-attach and regain use. All and all, it heals that one person for 100 HP. The flowers melt into the person when the spell is finished.
Downside: It cannot create new limbs for the person healed. Can cause the healed target to feel cold down to their bones, causing a need to warm back up.
Name: Powder Blind

Duration: 6 rounds
Type: Single Target/Debuff
Description: The mage spits out a large ball made of powdered snow. The snowball can travel up to 300 meters away at 300 meters per second. The snow caking all over makes it harder to see, blinding the target for one round. After that sight is possible, but it is still reduced. Strength is reduced by 65% due to the soft layers of power snow stuck on them.
Downside: Blinding effect wont work against opponents that are already blind. Will still effect an ally if it's aimed wrong and hits one. Will effect him if it somehow hits the caster.
Name: Extra Chilly
Rank: A
Duration: 6 rounds
Type: buff
Description: The spell has a zero meters range. It moves as fast as the mage is physically capable of moving. The cold in the users skin and blood greatly increases, a thin white coating of ice covering them. Their physical attack increases by 65% until the spell ends.
Downside: A very close range spell. Doesn't guarantee that any attacks will hit targets. Cannot be used to buff other people.
