Description:
The Sky Zephyr is one of the sky family's 5 holy weapons, being passed down through the sky lineage. A sweep hilt type of rapier, that strikes like a sharp wind(fast and strong). It has 2 unique features, first is its hilt that proudly bears the Sky's name in its curves. Second, is its metallic blade which changes to azure when being hit by light.
Strengths:
–It can cut through almost any solid object.
-It adjusts to holder’s speed, balance and strength.
-It goes back to holder at will
-65% Magic Increase / Can resist C Rank Spells
Weaknesses:
–It cannot pass through magic elements greater than holders rank.

but I have a question....

Non-Requip Mages are limited to 1 weapon of each rank. ( Strong Weapons can be upgraded to Legendary, but every step in between must be bought as well. The price is the difference between the ranks. And the rule must still apply. )

Does this mean my rank?(like my D rank) or Legendary,strong, artifact, weak stuff??
