- BUILDING BRIDGES
RANK: B
JOB LOCATION: Silver Moon Inn
SOLO WORD COUNT: 4,500 words
GROUP WORD COUNT: 7,500 words
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have a member of both Black Rose and Basilisk Fang in the party. Have the party be B rank or equivalent.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A member of Basilisk Fang is visiting the Silver Moon Inn in some sort of sad effort to establish cross-guild connections. Black Rose’s administration has asked you to serve as their waiter/waitress and serve (and do) whatever they want while also trying to make smalltalk. Must not the public let onto the idea that Black Rose is conspiring with a dark guild, as well. The guild will pay you for your troubles.
~ ~ ~
The higher-ups of Black Rose have sent an invitation to anyone in Basilisk Fang wanting a free meal in a shameless attempt to string the two guilds together. They even promise that a Black Rose mage will be serving you--and were told to do whatever you want--no matter the circumstance. Just don’t try to blow your cover in public. Your guild will pay you for your trouble.
REWARD: 25,000 jewels, B rank EXP

Re: PET PLAY;; GROUP JOB
Sunlight shines through the crystal-clear windows of the Silver Moon Inn, making the dust and pollen suspending wafting around the interior with the tavern shine with a reminiscent aire. Evenings usually are the busiest hours of the Inn; but in the midst of summer when the foot traffic during the day is the busiest, customers form a never-ending flow into the restaurant. Good for business and also good for tips. He was making bank. However content he is with his money, the guild posted a job for any current mage (and waiter) that had a fat reward for a seemingly menial task… To wait a table for a mage from Basilisk Fang… And do whatever they want, as long as it’s legal. Which doesn’t sound particularly hard. He already met several of them that seem fine, a bit prone to drinking, but nice enough. So obviously, he totally took it. More money under the belt is never something to complain about. His hair is up, and so far, he has been waiting tables with relative speed and ease, and getting great tips with a little persuasion from his unique ~charm~. "Ready for your bill?" he asked with a small wink (well, more of demanded) before handing a one of those small leather resturant folders to the patrons at the table. The looked at it with a tiny bit of genuine surprise at the price before digging around their wallets and leaving the money. And a small tip. "Bastards," he mutters. The next hour passes rather eventfully, actually. A couple gets into a loud, pubic scene in the center of the restaurant. May or may not have needed a police presence. And a bucket of plaster to repair damages. Black Rose always was stocked on those. The restaurant was destroyed more often than the guild would like to tell. Another customer brought in a “service” bear that almost mauled someone. Which was luckily in the guild hall of a building full of mages. But, the restaurant was quite large and that was the opposite of his business. Literally the exact opposite of what concerns him. And worst of all, someone said their wine glasses weren’t heavy enough and left a nasty review on a review service. Whatever. Seth checks the time. The Basilisk Fang mage SHOULD be here soon. Another member of Black Rose is currently playing hostess and are to call for him once the mage arrives, where they are supposed to ask for him personally. He stretches his shoulders and cracks his back on a nearby barstool and continues on his routine. (433/3750)
