*OOC Note: Oras' ever shifting soul is more noticeable now than before. Oras now has the ability to feel the emotions of those directly beside him, but has no control of this power just yet
When people are a victim in an accident, or are assaulted by someone, or some other form of traumatizing event. The shock can occur at three different times, sometimes all three depending on what kind of person you are. The first is while the event is occurring. The second point is directly after the event when the adrenaline rush ends. And the third point is the following day. Shock can take many forms as well, such as freezing up unable to move, physically drained, or minor PTSD. For Oras Auro, who was killed, yet didn't end up dying and instead was reformed due to his unnatural soul. He didn't experience the shock during all of this, nor did he experience shock afterwards when he spoke to Izayuki. No. He experienced shock now. The day after all this had happened. And it came in the form of PTSD. While his body and soul exploded and reformed all he could feel was the sensation of being torn to shreds, and his very molecules broken down further over and over again. Giving him a newfound terror of dying. Not only that, but now there was more he was experiencing. As if something was starting to wake up inside him. As he walked through the town he could feel people's emotions stirring around them. He thought he was safe in the library but he started hearing voices in his head back there and had to leave to escape them.
He flinched when someone made eye contact with him and ducked down another corner in the town. He needed somewhere quiet, silent, and alone. Somewhere he could figure all this out. He wouldn't talk with Izayuki today, he had enough of that Yokai for the meantime. Normally he'd wear his mask, but with his soul becoming more and more noticeable and wild, his mask felt empty. Hollow. It no longer provided the protection, the shield he had become accustomed to. So he walked among the people with a hood but no mask, glancing left and right for anyone who may prove to be an ene- He lost his train of thought when someone bumped into him and he jumped for a second. When he saw who it was however, he let out a breath of relief and calmed his nerves as much as he could. He prized himself on the ability to adapt, but even this was difficult for him to adjust to. He recognized the girl as the one who was in the inn a day or two ago. When she stuttered in an apology he shook his head. "Don't, apologize. Not only is bumping into people common in a town, I needed this believe it or not. May I ask where you're going?"
