Here Comes Shen (Intro)

Hebisha was coiled up on her altar, with her back facing the crowd of the guild so from their perspective, it would like a massive snake instead of a lamia. The lamia was busy putting joss sticks into the incense burners like always, her massive lower half writhe with a muscular power that would crack a man's skull as she moved and adjusted herself. The eight blades that she carries laid before the altar like some sort of barrack stand.

The lamia however notices a new presence that enter through the halls, for he spoke aloud and it was not a voice Hebisha recognized, and he had a magic power the lamia recognizes well. Hebisha would attend to him but does not, she has yet to finish with the incense burners to attend to him. The blind creature could only slowly light and place the joss sticks into the incense burners. Soon the job was done, and hopefully the new person has not left due to not being attended to by anyone.

Hebisha did not expect one of Samira's spirits to make themselves known. While Hebisha can not exactly see them, she knows of their presence through both magical means and the senses. This one in particular Hebisha was certain she had not met before but the peppy straightforward answers reminded her of Maha, her secretary bird, who is probably sorting out the inventory of the guild at the moment. The lamia should give her time off but her workaholic personality gets in the way of any suggestions for relaxation. The lamia rises up, and her glare was intense. There was beings behind their new member, with a sinister like aura in them, suppressed into submission with a magical force. The lamia now slithers towards the new comer, her enormous stature much larger now that the lamia is closer.

Now that the lamia was up close, her features were more prominent to Shen. Glassy eyes that stared with a blood red, pink well cared for hair. Pristine skin akin to pearls of the ocean in hue. The lamia was robed in a qi pao, a heritage clothing from the lands of Midi, black and golden with red woven strings to keep it on decently. Hebisha was a beautiful women with alluring features from the waist up but no women from the waist down. Her serpentine body stretched for what seems to be meters, scales as white as snow with a gleam like glass. Red markings are on her serpent back, a striking contrast. Each time Hebisha moved, the strength behind her snake half can be seen, with muscles that could crush a boulder to rubble by constriction. Hebisha was not weak from the waist up either, for as she loosened her body, her muscles hardened in an almost intimidating show. However the lamia for now does not talk to Shen, but the winged spirit right next to her.

"You don't mind calling your summoner now would you? After all she as Guild Ace should probably make herself known," The lamia's tone grew slightly stern, but it was not enough to actually sound like Hebisha was demanding. Quietly the lamia turns to Shen with a still expression.

"Greetings sir and..." The lamia's eyes stared at the three figures. "Companions... I welcome you to the guild of Lamia Scale, but before any sort of sign up can ever happen here, we have a slight issue. Guild authority is not here yet, neither Guild Mistress nor Ace has made her presence known. So for now, I, Hebisha, a fellow mage of Lamia Scale, will entertain you. After all, your party sir would make most uncomfortable, and I am not what you call most." Hebisha cracks her knuckles in a casual fashion, indicating her body would need a bit of warm up. The lamia gestures towards the usually empty table near the altar. "Make yourself comfy over there. It is not much but should provide you rest for your travels here.". Once said, Hebisha slithers over back to her altar, what seems like a small salt trail following behind her. The salt radiates a small but potent spiritual power.

"If they cause any trouble around here sir I shall assist in any way," Hebisha's serpentine body seems to flex eagerly, the mighty muscles beneath the scales clearly able to crush any man. The lamia then folds her arms, wondering why Samira was taking her time. Then she remembers, the guild ace is afraid of dolls, and through Jing Wei's description, it was rather clear that Samira would probably hide behind her.

Hebisha would have considered Jing Wei for dinner after hearing the amount of unnecessary questions on the paper. It was not even required to sign papers. However not wishing to anger the guild ace in control of Jing Wei, she held her tail from crushing Jing Wei into nuggets.

However there was something about Shen's motivations that made her curious. Things such as would it affect her powers, magic meant to also fight spirits in a more hands on fashion. However she was not one to question, after all there is a celestial spirit in their presence, and not only that she is incapable of seeing spirits to begin with, only sense their presence. Sighing, she was about to just fetch Samira herself when the lady appears herself.

And Hebisha should have probably asked another guild ace to do it or the guild mistress herself. Hebisha sensed a moment where Samira had a strike of fear. However Hebisha remained silent but instead had Samira sit on the thicker part of her tail and continues to maintain her silence. There was something about those glassyred eyes of hers that seemingly shows Hebi is more than meets the eye.
