This was the key to doing well and picking a job that he would be okay with. It would also keep him from looking like a blue glow ball. At least the light was barely noticeable in a well lit setting as long as the mans mood remained cool. Still, his nerves started to bundle as he reached the lob board. He wasn't sure why this scared him any more than the other non magic related work he had done through most of his life. Still, he could feel the blue light increase in intensity. "...This is why I can never gain stealth." he spoke quietly to himself, a little bothered by how he was feeling, yet unable to control the emotions that slowly tangled inside of his stomach. Still, at least he had made it to the board. The bad side of this was that the lights intensity was making it hard to see what was written. There was no backing out now, just pick something. A hand reached out, the lit pale aquamarine talons reaching the paper first before carefully removing it from the lob listing board. The light around Haraka dimmed back down to something barely noticeable.
That was a lot easier than his mind had imagined it. This is what he was thinking until reading the job description. This job listing was one rank above his own, there was no way he could do this on his own. But at the same time, it was a noble job, was it not? For certain, he could tell by reading it that this sort of fellow needed to be given a firm speaking to, if not a thrashing. He didn't like violence, but it would be to stop a trouble maker. It wasn't right for someone to want to get in the way of others happiness just because it didn't involve them. This was not how any adult was to act in society, clearly his mind hadn't aged along with the flesh at the same rate. Saying that out loud would be rude though and he was not going to let this sort of youth bother him, nor get him to crash away his politeness.
From there he started asking around for help, eventually getting a response, though from someone of a much higher rank. It was unexpected to get help from such an authority, but it was certainly expected. That had happened a few days ago, and yesterday they had received the jobs letter that held more information inside. This was how the crustacean type deep sea demon ended up at the rose garden with someone who he barely knew. At least his uniform was proper enough to wear at a wedding, all he had to do was switch his hair tie to something a little more elegant. What should he say? He was going to a wedding with someone he barely knew to stop an ex from crashing it. They couldn't even chat on directions, could they? Someone of such a high rank probably has a good idea where things are and Haraka would be ashamed of himself if he wasn't able to find his way anywhere at his age at this point. Well, he should thank them, right? But he had already thanked the person when the help was offered. What should he say? Maybe something basic. "Uh... how are you feeling today?"
