Lirix was having a pleasant day lounging in the guild hall. He was sipping on a really good caffeinated drink and then drops it. "Oh come on!" he says with a whiny voice. He started to leak everywhere and decided maybe a job could cheer him up. He walked over and saw a notice on the board that read, "I’m an herbalist in Beanstalk Village and I had heard reports about a unique plant never before seen in Fiore. However, it would seem that the plants sting anyone who touches it. Those who have touched it ended up in the hospital for a day or two. Nothing serious, but I’d like you to go remove them for the people’s protection. I would, however, like a sample." It seemed legit so he decided to go to the village. It was a nice little town with very kind people. Everyone kept offering Lirix beans and he found that very odd. In a dark alley, he heard a rattle. He got scared but walked up to it anyways. It was... an old man in a very old blanket. Lirix felt like being a nice person and decided to place 5 gems on top of his blanket. He thought the man could at least buy some bread with that money. He left away sad, but not full-on depressed, that Lirix was living in such a terrible world where nice people like that were poor and on the streets.He saw a few people dragging people to the hospital and heard cries of multiple screams coming from the area ahead. He started to run thinking there was an accident but then remembered about the herbs. He yells at the skies "Gems her I come!" He made a turn to the right and saw the hospital and a line of people coming from the direction he was going. He reached a garden with tons of herbs in it. He was looking around and saw the herbs in a group. Four of them were the single leaf plants he saw on the board. Right next to them he saw the two-leafed plants and one three-leafed plant right next to them He walked over to them wondering how he would kill them without touching them and then realized he could squish them. The group of the four single leaf herbs was destroyed in one crush. The two two-leafed plants took smashes. The three-leafed plant took all of the strength he cared to use at the moment but it was finally defeated. With the biggest smile, he yelled out for all the world to hear, "Success!" He then looked around to see many people staring at him like he was crazy, which he was. Since the plants were dead he picked up the biggest one and put it in a vial. He then followed his footsteps to the hospital, and then the old man eating some bread. Then back to the entrance of the town and back to the Guildhall. He looked at the address on the notice and then went on his way.
