Description: Bright Encompass Magic is based on lightning and the natural fluctuations of the universe as well as the spirit of life and light. At the same time though, it relates directly to machinery and electricity. In essence, when you think of lightning (fire, light, electricity)
mixed with life (light, good, nature) that is what Bright Encompass Magic is. It comprises (encompasses) a variety of elements, all tied together with flashes and light elements at its base (bright things). Eve created this magic from her combined experiences as a medieval style page in the Pergrande Kingdom (learning all about life, electricity, and machinery) alongside her studies from traveling after leaving the nation.
This magic is rather offensive and occasionally good for utility or support, although it lacks the basic qualities of defensive magic. Possibly, this could be chalked up to Eve's rather aggressive and outgoing personality, which doesn't really allow for patient channeling or similar things that require a prep or wind up time (one reason you are unlikely to note them in Bright Encompass Magic). Eve tends to use this rather subjectively at her own will, although some parts are most certainly objective and untied to her desires (for example, Sparks Fly is based off of subconscious emotion or just plain magical energy). She would be willing to use magic just for the heck of it or to mess around with allies. It is also not particularly sacred in her mind,
no matter how much it might be associated with life or getting in touch with one's senses or body. Also, even though the names come from particular areas of her magic (i.e. the lightning abilities fall under the name of Encompass while the spiritual falls under Bright) it's worth noting that just because she calls something Encompass, it may be more involving good and nurture magic rather than lightning. Still, most of her spells involve lightning, electricity, etc.
Strengths:
ω Automatically encompasses light and electricity as well
ω General more effective against water magic
ω All of Eve's lightning is imbued with nurture magic, dubbed by the girl herself as "Strawberry" magic. Basically, it holds an element of life and spirituality that in the end isn't exactly holy, although that's a common way to describe it. It's just plain... good? It's similar to the concept of Order vs Entropy.
Weaknesses:
ω More readily disturbed or absorbed by earth magic
ω Can set unwanted fire to things and the user if caution is not taken with spellcasting (lightning's two components are air and fire).
ω Like Eve's temperament, lightning is fickle and can be unreliable, occasionally striking back at allies or causing damage to the surrounding area.
ω At least in this case of lightning magic, thunder is completely unrelated and sound is in no way any part of Eve's domain. Completely uncontrollable.

Unique Abilities:
ω Resonance. After years of attempting to understand the universe at a most basic level, Eve can allow her body's atoms to vibrate at a similar frequency to the atmosphere around her, thus giving her body a similar consistency to space and light. Upon turning back, no physical damage from the period she was a cloud would affect her body. She can control her second form at will, although it will typically be a bit more difficult to manage to keep a corporeal shape of. Despite the fact that her body is nothing more than air at this point, she can still control said nebula and may twist and turn the shape to dodge attacks or let them pass through at will. Although the formal name of this ability is Resonance, Eve prefers to refer to it as "Elecansing" which is her blurb word for Electric Transforming. Kind of like with wires and electric poles and AC.
ω Zap! Urban Legends are Urban Legends... lightning does strike twice, and with a bit of magic involved it can do so in a short period of time. After Eve casts any spell, she receives a temporary opportunity (1 post) to cast a reduced form of that spell (the cooldown for the original spell will begin at the end of her one post opportunity). This reduced form has the following traits, although if for the original spell a trait was not applicable it remains not applicable~
ω It has 50% reduced range
ω It has 50% reduced damage
ω It has 50% reduced speed
ω DoT abilities are not able to be transformed into reduced forms
ω It has no cost
ω Sparks Fly. In a 15m radius around Eve wherever she goes, tiny bursts of lightning will occasionally fly down from above and singe anything below. This deals 1% of the stricken's rank in damage per hit~ (only one lightning burst would hit a PC every 5 posts unless for plot reasons because it's a more uncommon occurrence, though occasionally if Eve is annoyed at somebody IC her magic will spontaneously target them and the lightning bursts can also be roleplayed to be more frequent for the sake of... flavor, plot, etc). However, the singing affect can set dry things (like some NPCs or PCs with permission, hair, or withered grass and dry branches,) aflame. If something is set aflame it takes another 1% of Eve's rank in damage. The fire can spread quickly though (although it won't spread to PCs without permission or usage of logic). These effects can be cancelled by any AoE wood or earth spells of equal or higher rank than Eve, which encompass the radius or can fill it reasonably.

Description: In an ancient civilization, there were three enormous eagles that carried wisdom and knowledge. They shared it with those who were worthy and intelligent enough not to abuse it. When they felt their life was almost coming to an end, they bestowed their gifts onto three young mages who they deemed worthy. The mages and their descendants gained the ability to see incredibly far, but also to gain incredible sudden insight. They can read body language like no other and find hidden messages in conversations.
Ability: User can see through lies, has extended vision range (telescopic vision) and capabilities, and can further understand a person through the minute movements and twitches of the living body.
Usage: Passive.

Description: Eve chooses any target within 60m to tie one end of her Isobar to, the end of which moves at 45m/s towards her chosen target in the shape of a cord that is maybe 6cm thick; upon reaching an enemy it will simply appear to "stick" to the surface of his or her body, not clothing, but as it is simply representative of her magic it cannot be "unstuck" after attaching because such a thing does not actually apply or exist. This new link is clearly visible (through spiritual and mental means even) to both parties as soon as it is attached and connecting them, and it appears to fade slightly the farther away the two parties are (when at least 50m away, it will turn red as opposed to its usual violet color). The hostile party (her opponent, basically) has until the end of the post to get more than 60m away from Eve (in which case the Isobar will snap) or they will take 100% D rank damage and the link will turn white.
Strengths:
ω Eve can see what direction the other party is in (although she has to connect the Isobar first and that requires being able to see her target) regardless of whether they are currently visible or not
Weaknesses:
ω Running, flying, any movement is all that's needed to avoid this spell
ω The initial attatchement of the Isobar does absolutely nothing

Description: Eve lashes out with white lightning at up to three targets around her, dealing up to 25% D rank damage to each. The attack operates as a multi-target type attack, reaching up to 45m away and moving at a speed of 33.75m/s. If desired, this spell can focus all of the bolts into one bolt that moves at 45m/s but retains its 45m range from Eve. A single bolt also only deals 75% D rank damage as combination, rather than 100% D rank damage. Also, she can create only two bolts instead of three or one, creating two bolts that move at a speed of 33.75m/s with 45m range and deal 50% D rank damage each.
Strengths:
ω The form and application of this spell can shift, giving it some measure of versatality
Weaknesses:
ω When multiple lightning attacks are done, they cannot be directed at the same target
ω Will never reach a full D rank damage's worth done with this spell

Description: Eve causes light and electricity to crackle around an ally within 30m, dealing 25% D rank damage to any hostiles within 15m of that target (this operates as a multi-hit spell). At the same time, the ally has their strength increased by 25%. Each enemy can only take 25% D rank damage maximum per post from this ability, but more than one enemy can be damaged by the electricity and light.
Strengths:
ω Can assist a member of Eve's party/team
Weaknesses:
ω It is very obvious where standing will get you zapped by lightning, as the light and electricity's radius is extremely bright and obvious.

Description: Evelyn swings what basically looks like a scythe of light, except crackling occasionally with sparks of lightning. The weapon has a reach of up to 2m and the blade itself is very thin, and maybe .06m wide. It is fairly light to swing and handle. The arc of lightning can deal 100% D rank damage on the first attack using the arc (afterwards it will simply act like an appropriate melee weapon) but if picked up by someone who is not Eve or an ally of hers, it will spark and reject them, dealing 100% D rank damage instead to the "intruder" and then vanish, being set on cooldown.
Strengths:
ω It's a good temporary substitute for a weapon in a melee fight (it also can be used to prune plants or cut grass if the wielder is careful enough)
Weaknesses:
ω It can be stolen away from Eve and then she wouldn't be able to use it until the cooldown was completed
