In the Magic Regeneration rules, it is stated that a Mage cannot exceed 4% MP regen per post.
"A mage recovers 10% mp every 5 posts naturally.
This can be increased through items, but it can never exceed a total of 25% every five posts. It can also be altered to return MP every post, but in this case it can only max out at 4% per post."
In my experience, MP regeneration has always been pegged at 5% per post. This is demonstrated in the Slayer consumption rules which state "Naturally occurring sources of the element can only restore 5% mp per post no matter how much of it you eat." which is a direct contradiction in the rules.
The Maximum amount of MP that can be regenerated every 5 posts is 25%. 25% divided in to 5 posts equals to 5% MP per post. What reason is there to limit regeneration by 20% simply because a mage chose to regenerate it differently?
