The journey to Era was long and irritating for the boy as the island he traveled from gave him a one man paddle boat with an all inclusive paddle. So one can imagine the annoyance handed by this especially since the young mage had an antipathy towards water. Above him the clouds slowly drifted on, some clumping into each other and leaving faces or objects in the sky for passersby to gawp at whilst some just moved on careless. Remus had paddled and paddled away before stopping off at a few villages here and there to acquire provisions for the trip, in actuality Era was about two or three miles away from the village was last at and this came as a surprise to the swashing boy. Mere moments passed before he had arrived at the glorious town known to wizards and civilians alike: Era.
Magic. Council. Two words that should never be put together, but in this sense it was feasible considering that magic as a whole did need some rules and containment. This in fact was where the MC was housed, Remus wasn't for nor against the magic council. All in all he simply didn't care as long as it didn't involve himself or his guild mates. Looking at the crumpled sheet in his hand it was jotted down that another mage had taken up this job as well and Remus would have to meet that person within Era and set off to end the reign of hogs that occupied the area. Yes. Hogs. He wondered who the mysterious mage might be as he strolled through the town and eventually made his way to the farm's entrance, perhaps a big burling man who was adept in fire magic or a slender swift woman who used speed magic and gun magic oh what a twist that would be. The lad's eyes moved across the farm a while as he took in the luscious scenery that was given, the gate itself looked worn and eroded which didn't help to compliment the amazing healthy looking grass alongside the happy animals that either galloped, trotted or bounded along the earthen floor. "Would never catch me working in a farm" He muttered grimacing at the smell once it hit him as he silently prayed that his ally would hurry his or her ass up. The stench was damn near unbearable even for Remus who was somewhat used to bad smells, blame this on his guild members.
