As of late, I have noticed suggestions for organizations, which were loopholed guilds, and other guild restrictions due to how the site currently feels, and it has become apparent that people have a problem and maybe there IS a solution. So this solution comes in 2 parts that I feel are both creative and innovative.

    Organizations:
I actually back this. BUT my version is different. I feel there should be a link just like for guilds, but these are more of a plot based thing and are not based on your guild. Why have disguises while you are running around and not being able to use them. There are no actual added benefits, but it is a way to unite more individuals and make the relations between writers grow. Having problem with muse? Maybe an organization can be joined that will help move your character along. Again, no bonuses and the restrictions could be more so, as the leader of the organization cannot be a guild leader, etc. No bonuses, just a way to broaden people's horizons.

    Teams:
The Team system needs redone. The restrictions on it are almost killer, and it just feels outdated. With the Organizations, maybe allow people in organizations be able to team with individuals from their organization, and not restrict good guilds as much. It feels almost like its made to cause people within a guild to team. When people keep complaining about these three issues maybe its time to listen. Onto the Third that I hear alot

    Guild Creation:
I feel the guild creation being turned off creates a creativity block for some users. Now is where you instantly say no right? Well listen to the logic here first. I say, since sooo many people want it opened back up, do so, but with HEAVY restriction. I say make it a requirement for 10 members who show that they have been active in the past 2 weeks, sign a petition and the jewel is brought forth with a predesigned guild. 10 active members is proof enough that they are serious, and instead of putting caps on guilds, this allows for growth opportunities within the site. IF someone can get 10 people together who agree on making a guild and can show activity, that alone should warrant a guild to be produced. It's restrictive but also allows the freedom back on the site. It's either this OR organizations. People want more to write with and this is the easiest solution. Some guilds are really successful while others right now, others do not want to go to because they are dead. Allow a more prosperous environment, plus it costs 5 Mil to make one anyways, between those 2 stipulations you will definitely weed out those who just "want to run a guild" and those who are actually serious into the development and adding to the site

I have said my suggestions, but as most suggestions go, I expect immediate disapproval, but here is where we as site members can at least speak our minds. Others have talked to me about this so I hope you can find what I say to your liking.

I agree with most of this but being someone who has been around the site on and off for a while, guild creation at the moment is no good. There are guilds with almost no members as is, maybe if these guilds that have almost no activity or members were shut down first I could get behind allowing for more guild creation again but right now it just doesn't make sense to allow for it.

I have seen groups that WANT to be a guild that actually have more activity but i feel that people should not be forced into a guild they don't want to have to join in order to role play. That was why i said something about 10 members who are active to ensure the livelihood of said guilds. Two guilds were just shut down, maybe it wouldn't be the best but if you require double what it requires to keep a guild active, maybe we can stop forcing people to keep dead guilds barely alive by the thread of a needle and get rid of what isn't necessary. While personally I can care less, my toons have a home, this is just things i keep constantly hearing. It would be nice to see though some change in one direction or another, to help people get what they are looking for, which is more diversity with the people they roleplay with. Thank you for your feedback Mashyuu! I appreciate it.

Annnnd putting my opinion in here like a dev should...

    Organizations:

I do like this idea a bit because it basically follows the idea I was a part of in the past where we had an IC group of 7 members from different guilds come together to be a sort of assassination team for the MC. We were not teamed together either and it really all was for a fun plot that we could all have together. So to wrap this up, I can see your idea here being a thing already without any sort of approval due to it being a IC thing with no bonuses.

    Teams:

I agree the team rules need some editing done to them. They really haven't been messed with for awhile now and the fixes should be easy enough with allowing members to team with legals, neutrals or guildless if they are legal, teaming with dark, neutral or guildless if they are dark and teaming with dark, legal, neutral or guildless if they are neutral or guildless. The only thing that would need to be touched on is that neutral/guildless member(s) would be looked at as more of a legal/dark member depending on who they team with unless they do so under some sort of disguise and aren't found out. Shouldn't be too hard to implement.

    Guild Creation:

I can see your idea working with having stricter requirements but I think the biggest issue on site is that most of the guilds fill in what many would want for a guild already and we need more original ideas for guilds really. Like with how I will be soon taking over for my guild, Black Sails and making it into a guild that plays the good and bad guys because they are under the guise of a guild based trading company that helps people when they are really a masked pirate/mercenary guild that can use their connections as the trading company to steal items and/or take on darker jobs. This gives the guild a good feel for being an actual neutral guild because they will help people as much as steal from people, etc.

I do see your idea working but it could only really work if the guild ideas are more original and can be held up by the people running it which is another issue entirely but I thought I should mention it.

    Great ideas, by the way.

Though it was for MMO's, I've Dev'ed before and more. I found these all three would stem the suggestions,  but this was how I was reading a few of the suggestions that have been going recently and coming up with a way for them to work
