As of late, I have noticed suggestions for organizations, which were loopholed guilds, and other guild restrictions due to how the site currently feels, and it has become apparent that people have a problem and maybe there IS a solution. So this solution comes in 2 parts that I feel are both creative and innovative.
Organizations:
I actually back this. BUT my version is different. I feel there should be a link just like for guilds, but these are more of a plot based thing and are not based on your guild. Why have disguises while you are running around and not being able to use them. There are no actual added benefits, but it is a way to unite more individuals and make the relations between writers grow. Having problem with muse? Maybe an organization can be joined that will help move your character along. Again, no bonuses and the restrictions could be more so, as the leader of the organization cannot be a guild leader, etc. No bonuses, just a way to broaden people's horizons.
Teams:
The Team system needs redone. The restrictions on it are almost killer, and it just feels outdated. With the Organizations, maybe allow people in organizations be able to team with individuals from their organization, and not restrict good guilds as much. It feels almost like its made to cause people within a guild to team. When people keep complaining about these three issues maybe its time to listen. Onto the Third that I hear alot
Guild Creation:
I feel the guild creation being turned off creates a creativity block for some users. Now is where you instantly say no right? Well listen to the logic here first. I say, since sooo many people want it opened back up, do so, but with HEAVY restriction. I say make it a requirement for 10 members who show that they have been active in the past 2 weeks, sign a petition and the jewel is brought forth with a predesigned guild. 10 active members is proof enough that they are serious, and instead of putting caps on guilds, this allows for growth opportunities within the site. IF someone can get 10 people together who agree on making a guild and can show activity, that alone should warrant a guild to be produced. It's restrictive but also allows the freedom back on the site. It's either this OR organizations. People want more to write with and this is the easiest solution. Some guilds are really successful while others right now, others do not want to go to because they are dead. Allow a more prosperous environment, plus it costs 5 Mil to make one anyways, between those 2 stipulations you will definitely weed out those who just "want to run a guild" and those who are actually serious into the development and adding to the site
I have said my suggestions, but as most suggestions go, I expect immediate disapproval, but here is where we as site members can at least speak our minds. Others have talked to me about this so I hope you can find what I say to your liking.
