Vesta uses her magic mostly as a sniper if she's on a job. She doesn't have a horrible aim, but when she's stressed or distracted, she's known to release a stray bullet every now and then. Her goal is to learn Concealment magic to go along with this, so she doesn't have to worry about hiding in a bush if she needs to stun a person with out them noticing her.
Strengths:
Stunning a Target with bullets from her magic energy as opposed to bullets that would kill them.
Her magic allows her to see a nonexistant target around the person she's aiming at to aid her, though the further away, the bigger the circle, therefore less likely to hit.
As long as she has the energy, she won't run out of magic bullets.
Weaknesses:
She can only hit one person at a time, that will always be a drawback.
Vesta has to reload after a certain amount of shots that vary with different guns, and that takes time- which is precious when in battle.
She can't switch firearms in an instant, as the requip takes a little bit of time, and energy.
Vesta only really has the magic energy to summon one firearm at a time, otherwise it gets hard to focus.
It takes focus to accuratly aim, so if there's to many things around that are distracting her, she won't be a very good shot.

Description:
The spell is a small bullet of light exiting a gun, After locking onto their target with their Magic Sniper Rifle, the user charges up a shot which homes in on the target and explodes upon contact. With a Rifle her range is roughly 200m, and a bullet only takes a few seconds to reach that distance.
Strengths:
Makes the chances of hitting a lot more accurate.
Weaknesses:
Can only aim at one target at a time.
Doesn't guarantee a hi- it might be magic energy spent for nothing.
