Description: Lightning Magic is a branch of Elemental Magic that utilizes electricity, more specifically, lightning, as a form of offense and defense. Mages who possess the ability to utilize such Magic are able to generate these elements from their bodies, and manipulate them, even shaping their attacks as they wish. Users of Lightning Magic are also capable of utilizing lightning from a distance, such as from the ground near them, or down from the sky. Lightning attacks work by electrocuting the opponents to various degrees, and there are spells that are said to be capable of completely paralyzing enemies, due to the extremely high voltage of the electricity employed in their use. Because of the high amounts of light produced with its use, Lightning Magic can also be utilized to blind opponents, albeit for a short amount of time.
Strengths:-Able to fight long distance or up close
-Really strong over all water magics
-Able to send lightning through objects
Weaknesses: -Can be redirected by any kind of metal magic
-It has limited forms of defense
-Weak against earth magic
-Defense spells are not as strong as offensive spells

Unique Abilities:
-Lightning Movement
The user's movement is like lightning and thus powers up the user's ability to move as swift as one. The user gains +25% movement speed, this increasing to +50% movement speed at A Rank and above.
-Lightning Rod
The user is capable of absorbing all lightning spells aimed at them of equal or lower rank than the user. Spells of higher rank of the user are not absorbed, but taken at lessened damage:
1 Rank higher: -50% damage from lightning spell
2 Ranks higher (and above): No effect.
-Able to blind enemies for a period of time
The user is able to blind people for a short amount of time by using the brightness of the light from the attacking spell. Only affects users rank and below.

Name: Fel Bolt
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Duration: Instant

Description: A yellow bolt of lightning, about half a meter in length, is fired out of the hand of the caster at a speed of 10 m/s. When it makes contact with it’s target, the bolt of lightning will send a jolt of electricity through the target dealing D rank damage. This spell can travel up to 15 meters.
Strengths: -Fast for a D ranked spell
Weaknesses: -If not controlled properly, can back fire and hit surrounding allies.
-The users hand is left with a small burn

Type: Offensive
Description: Yellow Lightning begins to circle around the caster’s hand. The Lightning will transfer and shock the target the caster punches. Has a range of 15 meters and deals D rank damage upon contact.
Duration: Instant

Strengths: -Really effective against water mages
Weaknesses: -Can Possibly burn the user if not used correctly
-Can be blocked sort of easily.
