Description: Julia Neviccare's primary source of resourcefulness and combat capability. She has attuned herself to the frozen wastelands, and has gained control of its smallest particals, Snow. Snow, as an element would appear to be weaker than Ice, but in truth, it is equal, even superior to Ice. Julia utilizes her magic to produce, control, and become snow, and does so with much proficiency.
Strengths:
+Full elemental control grants great versatility.
+Snow Magic can hit large areas at once.
+Julia can produce snow from water vapor in the air.
+Julia's snow may cause frostbite effects.
Weaknesses:
-Fire/Lava/Otherwise hot elements (of equal and higher ranks) melt snow.
-Snow gets slower in larger quantities as far as control goes.
-Snow is only common in cold areas, so the full potential is limited.
Abilities/Powers: +Weather Control: The very basic ability of Julia's magic is to alter the current weather to form snow, even in conditions where it wouldn't make sense. This is limited to areas that have moderate/high supplies of water vapor.
+Action Economy (/Spellchaining): Snow lingers around for a while, before melting, so any Snow Spell that still has duration left can be repurposed to cast another Snow Spell of equal or lower rank. This immediately puts the spell on cooldown, and the new spell now has the lesser of the two durations (remaining vs normal). This may be chained a single time per rank the spell can cover. (A D-Rank spell can do this one time for another D-Rank, but a C-Rank can do it twice, once for another C-Rank, once for a D-Rank) Snow that has had its duration end, will melt. Melted snow cannot be chained.
+Elemental Control: When in the presence of natural snow, she may utilize the snow present to cast Snow Magic spells. This allows her to use natural snow as a Proxy MP pool (not actually her magic pool, thusly she can be drained dry by a MP drain spell even in an avalanche). Snow amounts to equivalent Proxy MP are as Slayer's eating. She cannot manipulate other people's Snow Spells. View the below chart for MP equivalencies.
+Elemental Body: She can turn her body into her Snow, for offensive and defensive purposes, for 5 posts (10 at S-Rank). One limb at D-Rank, 2 at C, half her body at B-Rank, and full body at A.
+Frostbite (Inspired by Zenshin): Frostbite is an ability associated with Julia's magic that advances in stages as it goes along. Depending on the ability depends the chance of the target getting frostbite and it is also up to them on how they decide to handle it. Only one hand or foot can be afflicted at one time. Since snow doesn't cut, the snow must remain in contact for 1 full post to have a chance at working. Julia is now immune to Frostbite effects and natural frostbite. Spellchained spells do not afflict frostbite. Frostbite effects may be fixed by warming oneself with a hot-spell of equal or higher rank than the spell that inflicted Frostbite, or attaining warmth otherwise for 1 post per rank (taking a hot bath, wearing a thick winter coat they aren't otherwise wearing)

- D-Rank Spells: 25% chance of getting afflicted
C-Rank Spells: 50% chance of getting afflicted
B-Rank Spells: 75% chance of getting afflicted
A-Rank Spells: 100% chance getting afflicted
1 post afflicted: Slightly darker mark on their skin, not noticeable if on a tanned or darker toned opponent.
2 and 3 posts afflicted: The mark is much more noticeable and starts spreading rapidly to the nearest hands or feet.
4 and 5 posts afflicted: It has reached the hand or foot by now and is about to get very severe
8 posts afflicted: Blood no longer flows to the body part of the body afflicted and it rendered useless.

- Name: Snow Cloud
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Description: Julia produces a cloud of snow to stand upon. This snow cloud can fly quickly, allowing her to move a solid 35 mph. She can manipulate this cloud into becoming other snow spells of equal or lower rank free of charge, though the snow is lost after that.
Strengths:
+Provides maneuverability in combat, as well as speed.
+Flight is better than running, it's just a fact.
+She can use the snow cloud's snow to change it to a different D-Ranked Snow Spell, given it isn't melted.
Weaknesses:
-Snow Cloud can be melted by heat-oriented spells of D-Rank and lower.
-Snow Cloud can be destroyed if specifically targeted by C-Rank and higher spells of any sort.
-Snow cloud only lasts 4 posts, with a 4 post cooldown.
Name: Powder Snow
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Description: Used specifically against ice spells or on ice items. She must make contact contact with the ice spell/item for a full post. She will proceed to grind it into a Powder Snow. This will provide proxy snow for her in the amount that she would use if she used a spell of equal rank (or had an item of equal size) or a water bottle's worth. Whatever grants her more proxy MP.
Strengths:
+Grants her some proxy MP by creating snow.
+Used against ice spells, she can neutralize an ice threat.
Weaknesses:
-Only usable on ice spells or ice items.
-Works only on a single spell or item at a time
-Can only affect spells up to a rank higher than her with this spell.
-1 post duration, 1 post cooldown.
Name: Sno-Man Bomb
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Description: Julia generates a snowman that is about her size (that of a snall child) and throws it up to 20 feet at someone. Upon impact the spell explodes with a 20 meter blast radius of whirling snow, dealing D-Rank damage to anyone in the radius. Also gets the area nice an snowy, allowing her to follow up with one more D-Rank spell using the snow before its gone.
Strengths:
+Deals D-Rank damage in a nice blast radius.
+May cause Frostbite.
+Can branch into another D-Rank snow spell, given it isn't melted.
Weaknesses:
-Heat oriented spells of D-Rank and up can melt the snow and the spell.
-Can be blocked by barriers of D-Rank and up.
-1 post duration, 2 post cooldown.
Name: Snow Fort Minor
Rank: D
Type: Defensive
Description: By generating a snow, she creates a small wall to defend with. This it crafted in a special manner that makes it look like a fort wall, though much smaller scale, and is only about 15 feet long and 7 feet high. She can use this snow to cast another D-Rank Snow Spell if it doesn't melt.
Strengths:
+Blocks any spell C-Rank and Below.
+Doesn't melt when hit by D-Rank heat damage.
+Can be used to cast a different D-Rank spell if it doesn't melt.
Weaknesses:
-C-Rank and higher spells of heat orientation melt the snow wall.
-Wall shield, it doesn't defend from behind.
-2 post duration, 2 post cooldown.

- Name: Boreas
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Description: Julia holds her hand out, palm facing the sky, creating a small whirl of snow. She tosses the whirl at the opponent, as it expands into a massive whirlwind, and then generates into a blizzard. This blizzard serves no purpose other than blinding everyone except for Julia within the range with white-out snow, however, this spell covers a solid 50 meter diameter. It also expands around a focal point, meaning she aims it at a target and causes a blizzard around them. It moves slow to begin with, about 7 mph, but she can detonate it prematurely if she so wishes.
Strengths:
+Blinds anyone in the range of the blizzard with white-out snow.
+Julia can see through this whole thing.
+Double spellchaining capacity
Weaknesses:
-This will blind any allies as well, making this dangerous turf.
-Cannot be spellchained into, thusly this is the start of a spellchain if spellchained at all.
-No offensive purposes.
-Can be negated by both fire spells of equal or higher rank, and higher ranked spells of opposing wind direction.
-Lasts 3 posts, 3 post cooldown
Name: Snow Hut
Rank: C
Type: Defensive
Description: Julia waves her hands in a circular formation, and generate a sigil underneath herself or someone else, which generates a dome of snow around them. This both binds and protects, making it the ideal spell for many situations.
Strengths:
+Can contain opponents against their will.
+Takes 3 instances of C-Rank damage to break down, or 1 B-Rank, but the damage doesn't pass through in either case.
+Executed quickly, so it can be used on the run.
Weaknesses:
-Stationary barrier, Julia cannot move while in it either.
-Grounded barrier, she cannot use this for anyone who isn't on the ground.
-Higher ranked enemies can punch down the barrier as if using a B-Ranked spell.
-Lasts for 2 posts, 3 post cooldown.
Name: Sno-Man Apocalypse
Rank: C
Type: Support - Minion Generation
Description: Julia will snap her fingers and generate a great deal of snow into masses, until she has 5 Snowmen, each about the size of an adult male.These 'Sno-Men' are actually quite durable, each, and are capable of doling out damage. Each one takes 2 C-Rank damage to destroy, or 5 D-Ranks. Julia can order them to do multiple simple tasks (carry something, shield her, attack), or a single complex task each (distract the foes, recon). She can attain info from them by tapping into the knowledge stored in the snow, making them choice for reconnaissance missions. They can attack, and each time they hit they deal D-Rank damage. They also have desperation attack, used if they only have a single D-Rank worth of hit points left, in which they explode for 2 C-Ranks worth of damage in a 10 foot radius.
Strengths:
+Generates servants who can be useful in a number of ways.
+The can attack for D-Rank damage each, making a very nice total of damage if they swarm and beat down the foe.
+Great for recon.
Weaknesses:
-In order to be spell chained off of, all 5 Sno-Men must be destroyed, a true inconvenience.
-These fellows are hella-slow. While in a snowy environment, this weakness is negated.
-A single fire-spell of equal or higher rank can melt a Sno-Man.
-Lasts for 5 posts, 5 post cooldown.
