Crimson Lightning (クリムゾン雷 Kurimuzon kaminari) is a very rare Caster type magic which allows the user to manipulate and become Crimson Lightning. Using their ability to manifest rage in the form of a separate power, the user channels this power into already existing Lightning or Lightning they had produced. This in turn, causes their coloration to become a bright red, and the Lightning's light is far more potent than it previously was. The main effect this has on the Lightning however, is that the Lightning is completely the user's to control, and no influence is able to disrupt it from the outside, such as the usage of Pyrokinesis, and this Lightning cannot be eaten by Devil Slayers, God Slayers and Dragon Slayers. The user can choose whether to use regular lightning or induce them with Crimson Rage to become Crimson Lightning.
Strengths :
- Fast. Lightning by Nature is a fast acting magic, often keeping the element of surprise. With Crimson Rage induced in it, it becomes much more faster.
- Cause great debuffs an status effects.
- Greatly effects Water and Metal Magics.
Weaknesses :
- Weak against Earth and Rubber.
- Can cause destruction problems due to the immense power of the lightning.
- Can Harm allies in the area.
- Can kill others unintentionally due to it's mass amount of power.

- Silver Chaotica:
Silver Chaotica - The Silver Chaotica was a man who sold his soul to the primordial spirit known as Chaos. Chaos was said to be the fifth rider of the four horseman of the apocalypse who wielded a sword so cold that it burned. This aura, which surrounded both him and his sword, is what the Crimson Chaotica gained. However, his body could not contain the chaotic power and he went on a rampage destroying much. His descendants gained a lesser form of this power, which allowed them to enter a berserk state to gain the power of Chaos.
Ability: The user of this lineage can enter the state known as Chaotica. This state gives them a rank-appropriate silver aura that is so cold that it causes intense burning on touch equal to their rank in melee damage(max S-rank). However, whilst this aura is in effect they go into a massive rampage trying to destroy everything around them whether it be friend, foe or tree. They ignore damage taken while under this effect as if they were not hit by anything but still take the damage and the silver aura reduces incoming damage by 25%.
Usage: 5 posts duration with a 8 posts cooldown. The user can still be KOed/Killed during the use of this ability.
Unique Abilities :
- Raging Spark:
Raging Spark - Cannot be eaten by any type of slayers due to his lightning having Crimson Rage Essence inside of it. His lightning is also 25% faster due to crimson rage essence.
- Clinging Lightning:
Clinging Lightning - Every time Zeno uses a crimson lightning spell or is hit by a lightning spell, a small amount of the crimson lightning clings to him, slowly charging up an aura around him. This aura will deal an additional 5% spell rank damage of his current rank for each lightning spell he casts, the bonuses gained from this passive stacks. Melee Strikes will catch the lightning meaning if you touch him while he has 5% clinging lightning, you will take the 5% of spell rank damage. This ability caps at 35% total extra damage. (Taught to him by Yazuki Yoshino)
- D-Rank Spell:

Description : The user punches the opponent with his Crimson Lightning Infused Fist dealing D rank melee damage, the opponent gets internal damage from the damage which does 50% of D-Rank spell damage first post, then 25% of D-Rank Spell Damage for next 4 posts of internal damage that bypasses reductions due to it being internal damage. the bypass only affects living things and mechanical beings. The user can choose whether to use regular lightning magic or Crimson Lightning.
Strengths :
- Damage Over Time
- Cannot be reduced if the target is a living thing or a mechanical being.
Weaknesses :
- Weak to Earth
- Close Range
- Low Damage Per Post
- C-Rank Spell:
Name : Crimson Lightning Travel
Rank : C
Type : Lightning/Movement Utility
Duration : instant
Cooldown : 3
Description : The the user casts lighting that travels outward, in which they disappear from sight, merging with the spell temporarily before landing in a 2 meter radius at the end of it. The user during this is untraceable to equal rank or lower, while they are traveling as the spell unless the spell itself is stopped or negated. This has a range of 35m, traveling at the speed of the spell. The user can choose whether to use regular lightning magic or Crimson Lightning. This does not mean the user is invincible, rather he merges with the lightning.
Strengths :
-A handy movement spell which can close a gap or go for a clean getaway
-While the user travels in the spell, they are untraceable and cannot be harmed by equal or lower rank unless the spell itself is stopped.
Weaknesses :
-Nothing more than a movement spell and can't do any damage.
-The user can be easily seen normally before and after the spell cast. Also, the time they are untraceable and invulnerable is very short
- Is vulnerable for a second after the spell.
- B-Rank Spell:
Name: Crimson Lightning Charge

Type: Lightning buff
Duration: 4
Cooldown: 5
Description: The user for two posts channels there magic inside of them, and for these posts they do this they cannot cast any other non-sig spells or else they put this spell on Cooldown without any benefits. But if they are able to do this successfully, then for the next two posts all of the user’s spells and non-spell physical blows deal an additional 50% B-rank damage while there distances and the speed they travel are increased by 50%(if applicable). During the two posts of channeling the user’s magic aura range of where they can be sensed increases at first by 50% on the first post, then doubles on the second post. This increase reverts to normal once the channeling is done.
Strengths:
-The user can charge up power within themselves and if they can wait for the two posts get a impressive power boost.
-The user can fortunately still rely on their sig spells while channeling
-In a bad situation, they are still free to cast there other spells
Weaknesses:
-The user has to wait two posts before they can gain this impressive power boost
-The user is still limited in choices even with access to their sig spells
-If the user casts a non-sig spell during the two post channel time the spell goes automatically on cooldown
-While channeling, the user’s aura grows with each post before the buffs can be had. This can give mages a easier time to sense him or know that the user is charging up on mana for something

Description: The user targets a spell targeting him or an ally. He releases a pulse that diffuses the atoms with the pulse, negating the spell. Only works on spells of equal or lower rank of the user. Maxes out at A rank. Has a limited range of 15m
Strengths:
-Diffuses one spell of equal or lower rank
Weaknesses:
-Only works on spells of equal rank to the user or lower
-limited range
-does not deal damage
- S-Rank Spell:
Name: Crimson Lightning Explosive Shockwave
Rank: S-Rank
Duration: instant
Cooldown: 10 posts
Type: Lightning Offensive
Description: Zeno takes a flat palm and starts gathering the electrical current in the area, creating a ball of crimson lightning which is about 1m wide. He then takes his hand and places it about his head straight up as far as he can extend it, suddenly making a fist, causing a devastating shockwave out in a 100m radius, doing S rank damage to all in the area. This violently tosses anything and anyone not anchored down back 50m violently from the sheer force of the shock wave
Strengths:
-Massive AOE
-Big Pushback effect
Weaknesses:
-Affects allies in the area
- Pushback doesn't affect those of higher rank than user
- Pushback doesn't affect anyone or anything that is anchored
- Due to the sheer destructive nature of this spell, using it indoors would cause the building to collapse or the cave to cave in. Highly unadvisable.
