Strange Beasts in Sevenland

Strange beast? Well that was an understatement smart enough that hunters cant trap it and that hunters are being hurt by it too? jeez what did Kaisto and Bastet jump into now... regardless the two were already in seven looking for this beast, when they came along weird tracks, three long toes with a larger due claw in the back....strange...what kind of creature is this?

Well that was answered quicker then expected, this creature, white fur like the snow lunged out from them as it rushed Kaisto and grabbed him, sneaky, an ambush tactic, as it grabbed him up and pinned him to a tree causing his head to hit the tree, but Bastet had came from behind and stabbed the creature in the side three times quickly making it roar but caused it to back hand Bastet making her fly into the snow and making her bounce as she clutched her arm growling.

As the creature turned its attention from Kaisto, he growled and grabbed his sword and then sliced into its back and it roared in pain as Kaisto ran past it as he helped over to Bastet and helped her get to a nearby tree, he looked at her arm and realized it had to be set back into place, she looked at him and nodded as he quickly popped the arm back into its place as she let out a short sharp pained yell, this was gonna be rougher then they thought, Bastets arm needed a sling and needed attention but they had this beast to kill first, he needed to try and make it back away, so her then fired a few shots from his sword and, 7 bullets in total while only 3 hit like the arm of the creature it turned and started running off, Kaisto had to let it go  but fired one more shot at it to make a point, Kaisto had some bandages in his pack so he had to wrap her arm up in the bandage and made it into a sling, he then breathed on it healing its break but it still needed to be slung up, off to a rocky start not good.

Helping Bastet up he and her looked over her arm and then Bastet nodded knowing shes ok to continue with Kaisto, they found themselves folowing the beasts blood and foot trails to a bit of a rocky entrenchment, a perfect spot for a beast to hide. They continued in as the beast was still running, but Kaisto and Bastet were still on its trail, soon it came around and then started attacking the duo again, this was getting rough as they clashed again, Kaisto got a quick upperhand as he dodged the monsters attack and sliced at its leg at the back making it buckle down to a knee, Bastet still good with her one unslung arm, rushed up taking a sword of light she had and jabbed it deep into the chest of beast, it roard in pain as Kaisto came from behind and cleaved into the beasts neck snapping its vertebra as it collapsed on the ground. Smiling at theur satisfactory work Kaisto used his magic to hoist the beast up as they worked their way back to collect the money and treat their wounds for their hard work.
