Tex had walked from the guild hall decided to go gamble, two new members had joined the guild today which meant the Savage Skull family was growing. It was a day Tex felt luck was on her side and besides that she needed her daily dose of despair. I has been a while since she had caused true despair, sure she had beaten someone at cards or things like that but that was small time she needed a bigger dose she needed to feel the true ecstasy of despair, Tex ad decided to go to a Casino that she'd never been to, Tex had a weird problem where she either got blacklisted from casino's from winning too much, or simply no one wanted to play at her table so she made less and caused less despair. So Tex decided to go to a Casino where some...bigger dogs liked to play at. with this, she arrived at her destination. Tex walked up to a Casino in the underworld that mainly only gangsters, Mobsters, and Dark guilds only knew about. It was called the Lucky Pawn. The Lucky Pawn wasn't the Largest Casino ever but it was one of the nicer ones and there was one other reason that the mob boss's and Gang lords chose to come here, they could care less if you waste someone in there building for cheating and such which is why only people with a status came here, They were safe to kill someone, however, no petty gang members would dare kill one of them. Tex was sure not only could she win some jewels here but also cause some despair after all she had a reputation just an unknown one. So with that, she walked into the Casino hall looking around. The smell of Sex, Drugs, and Alcohol and other Liberties were in the air anywhere you went, The casino was filled with two kinds of people they either were higher up leaders and dark guild masters, or corrupted noblemen looking to make money on the side or make deals with dark guilds. The dark guild members were mainly there to suck up to the noble men so they can get funds. Needless to say, tehre was a lot of scum to be found here, however, they were very important scum so no one dared killed anyone because it could either boost their rep or hurt them. As Tex took a few more steps almost as if to prove a point she had a ghastly cry as someone got hit with a bolt of magic and was dead, Tex didn't know what just happened but it wasn't good obviously, /though a lot of the time they weren't afraid to kill just to kill giving the casino a hint of danger, Guess her legendary luck would really be put to the test today. she knew that if she wasn;t truly lucky then Savage Sull would be down one person. Tex went over to the counter that had Large heavy iron bars behind the glass window for the man behind it's protection. Tex had to wonder how effective it was against magical based attacks since it looked pretty mundane but truly that was the least of her concerns she didn't come here to craze there poor choice's in security she was here to cause some despair so with that she got out some of her jewels from her bag. After giving up some jewels for chips looking at the man who gave her a weird look. He was dress in a white shirt with black suspenders and a small black hat like a bellboy at a hotel would wear. She had given a whole one hundred jewels worth of chips which was the minimum to could ever give at this place since if you can't even get one hundred jewels together you weren't worth playing with the big dogs or so the casino said. Their leader was call Don Zeke however people just called him The Don. He had on what looked like a tri-cornered cap with a feather in it and a bloody set of armor or mixed with desert garb. It was strangely fitting as he lit a cigar to finish te look off. Personally, it was a dumb name and outfit in her opinion but this guy was a badass. never backed down from a challenge and held no reserves about killing his enemies. Supposedly he had a huge reputation among the peers here that he fears death in no regard that he'd charge into battle that would be considered Suicide, and would come out on top every time. He apparently had quite a large influence in the criminal underworld which is the reason his guild is raising to fame and power so fast, Tex just smiled they would do very, very nicely. She made her way to the table and took a seat looking around, The don simply looked at the game went on pause which was strange, it was clear he ran this casino with an iron grip. Tex didn't event respond to this just motioned for more cards. As the dealer dealt her her cards eh looked around. she was very perspective and knew when to play what when. Game after Game after the game she kept on winning eventually having a mountain of chips on her side . now annoyed The Casino was now Silent and a lot of people were watching the Don's game waiting for him to just end Tex and clean her out showing how he ran this place. But Tex used this to her advantage. Clearly, this man had an image to keep up so he could never back out of a bet or a hand so she was able to manipulate the game to her favor. Tex's mission was a complete success, She had brought true despair to everyone in that Casino. Tex then started to Walked own the street as more people flowed out of the casino It was time for Tex to return home while she had no money she had something much more valuable than money, She had an ecstasy from the despair she had just caused. She was The Queen of Despair meaning she was getting closer to finding her true despair, after all, how could she fail, She had Luck on her side.
