TAG SOMEONE
BY MINNIE OF GS
WELL, LATE AT NIGHT, WHEN YOU'RE SLEEPING,
- Job Description:
- Job Title: Panda for President!
Rank: D
Player Requirements: 1+ Players, Maximum 3, guildless or dark mages
Job Requirements: 10 posts minimum, 100 word minimum
Job Location: Era
Job Description: It's a debate between candidates for an ambassador! Un...fortunately nobody really likes either of them. Tonald Drump and Cillary Hlinton have been going at it for weeks in their debates to the point it's turned to petty comments and remarks even on live broadcasts. It's time to shut them up, and shut them up for good! People are willing to pay to see them dead even if they won't admit to scrounging up the money (or support) for this job. They also won't admit to wanting a Panda to be the ambassador over these two, but there's a distinct possibility one might be hired as the Ambassador instead if both candidates go down. Infiltrate their offices and take them out before the big vote!
PS: don't forget to vote for "Seijin" or else you don't receive any of the moolah.
Enemies:
Weak - Distracted Guards: Honestly? These guys don't even want to be here in the first place. They're likely on an electronic device or attempting to hide a magazine. As long as you're not putting on a parade of your intentions you can probably casually stroll by them. If you have to knock them out you'll find they go down in 2 D-rank hits maximum due to their lethargic nature.
Normal - Secret Service: They're really not-so-secret since they're visible in plain sight. If either candidate was really worth protecting then there'd be more, but at this point even these guys find more important assignments to attend too. They tend to patrol the hallways more than anything. 2 C-rank hits will take these guys out if they prove troublesome.
Strong - Hired Muscle: These guys are more likely to be in the room, but some might be patrolling. Hired by the candidates they're interested in two things: money and hitting things. To be fair it'd probably be easy enough to get them to hit just about anything or anybody (shouting from behind someone's back, claiming they talked smack, mentioning they have some muscle enhancers, etc). If you do find yourself fighting them they take a maximum of 4 C-rank hits to take down.
Reward: 1,200 Jewels, and the odd feeling of both committing murder and yet doing some good.
Today was the dreaded Election Day for the people of Era; they had to get themselves up and out of bed bright and earlier if they wanted to make it to the voting registration. Ahmoria didn’t quite understand what Election Day was about because where she was from, “voting for office” wasn’t a thing. Not to mention, this most recent election for president seemed to not be as good as the people of Era were hoping it to be. Both running candidates were people that the citizens didn’t like and would much rather have them out of office already. They could vote for a third party candidate, but it was unlikely that this third party candidate would end up winning the election. Most, if not all, of the third party candidates had already been voted out of the running for president, which didn’t leave much choice. However, there had been one person who was of the third party that was still in the running to be president of Era.
A rather young panda was up in the running for president, who went by the name of Seijin; someone that Ahmoria could care less about. In fact, she didn’t know a single thing about this guy other than that everyone wanted him to be president instead of Tonald Drump and Cillary Hlinton. Her main goal for this little expedition she had picked up would result in the deaths of both Tonald and Cillary, and for Seijin to become president. She hoped that none of this would fall through, as this was a fairly big ordeal, especially since it could change the history of Era. If she was able to assassinate both running candidates without getting caught, this would likely give her the reputation of a lifetime. No known presidential assassin had ever gone uncaught from their actions, except for that of Harvey Oswald Lee, the man who assassinated Reagan Ronald. Keeping this in mind, it had now become her goal to make sure that she would remain uncaught and able to live as a legend.
Mori grinned widely and stood in front of one of the houses of the two running candidates, Ramaham growling softly at her side. She reached down and lightly stroked his shoulders, carrying a bat over her shoulder as her choice of weapon for this dirty deed. Looking around, the plant demoness searched for any bodyguards or service men that would be waiting for infiltrators. When she saw no one in the vicinity, the woman manipulated vines and twisted them around the bars of the fence, prying them open. Quietly, she stepped through and beckoned for Ramaham to follow her, heading deeper into the yard and toward the building. Before long, the duo had made it into the building and were walking through the halls on near tiptoes, peeking into rooms. It was rather silent, but at least they had made it deep into the house that they had no worries of being caught by now.
The duo tiptoed into the quiet bedroom of Tonald Drump, opening the door slowly to prevent any squeaking from happening while they crossed in. Ramaham’s tail lashed back and forth, nearly knocking a vase over, which Mori had to catch before it shattered on the ground. Setting the vase back on the top gently, the woman swung her bat down off her shoulder and stalked over to the sleeping candidate. She grinned down wildly at the man, raised her bat up, then roughly brought it down onto the head of the sleeping man. Blood coated the walls, along with bits of brain that slid down and plopped sickeningly onto the ground in a pool of blood. A mashed in head was all that was left of Tonald Drump, leaving one candidate down and out for the count, quite literally. Clicking her tongue, Ahmoria beckoned for Ramaham to follow, and the duo exited the house of the candidate to move onto the next.
Hours later, the duo appeared at the home of Cillary Hlinton, and though it was near daybreak, the place looked quite dead. Again, there were no guards and there were certainly no men in black, waiting to wipe the memory of Ahmoria for seeing what she had. By clicking her tongue, the magus pried open the bars of the gate and entered the yard with Ramaham, making her way toward the house. When they entered, Ahmoria looked around to make sure that no guards were standing nearby, and while there were some around, they were all asleep. She silently scoffed, deciding that these guards were not worth her time and that if they were her guards, she would have them killed. No one on her watch would fall asleep if they were meant to be protecting her; that alone would cause them to lose their lives. Resting her bat against her shoulder, the magus tiptoed through the house with Ramaham at her side, creeping up the stairs in the end.
When she reached the room in which Cillary was sleeping, the woman gently grabbed hold of the knob and turned it, pushing the door open. Her gaze wandered down to the canine-like beast at her feet, its anticipation seemingly radiating off its body as she opened the door. As soon as the door was fully opened, Ramaham knew what its master wanted and leaped into the room, charging toward Cillary. The creature bounced onto the bed of the woman and wiggled its face at the sleeping lady, who began to stir from the commotion. Ahmoria, trotted over to where her pet and her victim were, raised her bat off her shoulder, then swung it down onto the woman’s head. Blood splattered across the surfaces again, even splattering onto Ramaham, who only seemed delighted and ecstatic over what happened. It wanted to mow down on the dead lady, but seeing as they had no time to do that, the duo ran off and headed to do their last thing. That last thing? Vote for Seijin.
