First Generation White Dragon Slayer Magic
Primary Magic:
First Generation White DS Magic
Secondary Magic:
N/A
Caster or Holder:
Caster
Description:
Neyvahn was given the gift of light by the White Dragon Ts’eḥāyi because of his soul's abnormal adaptability. As a result, his previous magic of telekinesis and matter manipulation was cast aside to create room for Ts’eḥāyi's wisdom. This magic utilizes light and allows Neyvahn to both control it and conjure it up. Because of the magic's range of control and ability, it has a wide variety of colors and appearances. However, most if not all spells require an incantation or activation word of some sort paired with a specific motion. Most of these words will be of Amharic origins, and only have to be mumbled or whispered to activate the spell.
Strengths:
Versatile - Can be used anywhere
Effective against shadow-based spells and enemies
Weaknesses:
Requires an incantation
Requires a spell-specific motion
Cannot distinguish between ally and foe
Less effective against invisible spells and enemies

- Lineage:
Blizzard Wizard:
Description: In ancient times there was an island made entirely of magical ice crystals. The people who lived there melted the magical ice and drank it daily instead of regular water. They needed the gifts the ice provided to survive during the cold winters. They could withstand the cold temperatures and icy winds. After many years, the gifts became part of their blood and it was passed down over the generations through reproduction. Some mages moved to the mainland to start their families there and so the unique and rare bloodline spread over Fiore. Mages with the bloodline today can call upon these gifts to gain a light blue aura around them that protects them from cold temperatures and the freezing effects of ice and ice magic. The ice can still harm them physically, but it cannot freeze them while they use this power.
Ability: Immune to freezing and chilling effects (low temperatures), cancels freezing effects if used. Gives the user a 25% resistance to any and all ice spells, regardless of rank. They gain a single user-ranked ice spell (S Max) or a user-ranked minus one signature ice spell (A Max) in addition to their spells.
Usage: Passive.
- Unique Abilities:
Birihani Ayinochi (Eyes of Light):
Because of his control over light and its wavelengths, Neyvahn can also distinguish and read each different wave of light that hits him. This creates a sort of thermal vision, except much stronger that can detect any difference in temperature or light exposure. This vision does not detect auras automatically, but can if they create a temperature or light change in the environment. This ability is passive, but Neyvahn can toggle it on or off by closing his eyes and saying "Birihani Ayinochi."
Fewisi Bemogedi (Healing Beams):
There is light everywhere in the environment except for in a void. If Neyvahn is in any environment with some kind of light, visible or not, then he can absorb it and use it to heal himself by a rate of 5% HP every two posts after taking damage. Visible and non visible light means any kind of light that is both in the visible spectrum and outside of it (infrared, micro, radio, gamma, x-ray, ect.) If Neyvahn's health is at 100%, then this UA shuts off momentarily.
Bech’elemawi Layi (Against the Dark):
Darkness is the absence of light, so adding light destroys the dark. All magic affects are 25% more effective against dark/shadow enemies, and dark/shadow attacks are 25% less effective against Neyvahn.
Tikureti Hayili (Focused Power):
By channeling and improving his control over light, Neyvahn can better focus every magic attack to increase damage by 25%.

- Kokebu Nets’ebirak’i:

- Li‘ile Nova:
Name:
Li‘ile Nova (Super Nova)
Rank:
D
Type:
AoE
Duration:
Immediate
Cooldown:
3 posts
Description:
Much like Kokebu Nets’ebirak’i (Star's Glare), this spell controls and focuses all of the light around Neyvahn. However, instead of focusing it into a single beam, Li‘ile Nova focuses it into Neyvahn and rapidly bursts it outwards at a rate of 25 MPH. Anyone caught within 1 meter of Neyvahn will fly back 10 meters (if equal rank) and will suffer full rank spell damage plus an extra 5 HP. Anyone within 2-10 meters fly's back 5 meters (if equal rank) and suffers regular spell damage, and anyone within 11-25 meters is only inflicted 15 HP (75% spell damage) with no blow back.

Rank:
D
Type:
Defensive, Counter
Duration:
2 posts
Cooldown:
4 posts
Description:
Neyvahn conjures up a mass amount of light stored around him. It is invisible to the naked eye, but it is a barrier that surrounds Neyvahn's entire body. If an enemy attacks him, then the barrier absorbs the attack and sends its own attack in return, dealing spell rank damage. This spell can only send one attack, but can absorb two attacks of the same rank, or one of a higher rank. Neyvahn can conjure it by crossing his arms and saying "Fet’ani Migibochi."
Strengths:
Can counter an enemy attack
Weaknesses:
Cannot conjure the barrier on teammates
Can only counter-attack once
- Gamma Sīzenafeli:
Name:
Gamma Sīzenafeli (Gamma Blades)
Rank:
D
Type:
Requip, DoT
Duration:
3 posts
Cooldown:
4 posts
Description:
Neyvahn conjures or controls the nearby light and condenses it into two floating blades that protrude from his knuckles. These blades are 2 meters long each and glow pure white.
Active Ability: If an enemy is struck by these blades, then they will suffer player rank armed damage plus minor gamma radiation, so 10 HP per post will be taken away for three posts after they are hit. Status effects for this spell cannot be stacked, which means that only one strike from the blades can create a DoT effect in that spell.
Passive Ability: These blades also give Neyvahn a 25% damage increase to magic spells used during the duration of Gamma Sīzenafeli.
Neyvahn conjures this spell by holding his arms out in a wingspan and saying "Gamma Sīzenafeli."
Strengths:
Long range blades
Weaknesses:
Only one strike can create a DoT effect. All others are simply player rank armed damage.
Very bright and easy to see

Rank:
C
Type:

Duration:
3 posts

Either that or they successfully hit their target in which they deal half rank damage and disappear. Mages of higher ranks will be able to distinguish copy from original, but the copies will still attack.
Strengths:
Forces the target to focus on multiple targets
Weaknesses:

The tendrils can trap enemies of equal or lower rank, but mages of one rank higher will only be slowed by 50%. Two ranks higher are not slowed at all. There are three tendrils (one holds feet, and the other two trap arms). The target will suffer half rank spell damage in radiation immediately, then half rank spell damage per post for four posts. Neyvahn activates this spell by motioning with one hand upwards and saying "Tirapi Awilala."

Weaknesses:
Tendrils cannot hold higher ranked mages in place
Tendrils can also harm teammates if they are touched

Name:
Minimi Birihani (No Light)
Rank:
C
Type:
Visual, Defensive
Duration:
5 posts
Cooldown:
6 posts
Description:
Neyvahn bends the light around his body so that it continues its usual course as if he weren't there. Translation: Ney makes himself invisible by bending light around his body. This spell renders him completely invisible by sight to all mages of equal or lower rank. If Neyvahn decides the spell is ineffective, he may cancel it and immediately start cooldown. To activate it, Neyvahn must simply say "Minimi Birihani." No specific motion required. He deactivates it with the same words.
Strengths:
Makes Neyvahn invisible for a period of time
Can cancel the spell
Weaknesses:
Targets can still sense him using the other four/five (depending on the mage) senses
Mages of one rank higher will see him as a shimmer, and mages of two ranks or higher will easily be able to see him without a problem.
