Amaia woke up early in the morning, she moved quietly not to disturb her father. It was around 6 am, she knew that her father Mashyuu had just recently came back from a very difficult job, to show appreciation for his hard work she decided to make her father breakfast. To others the small apartment would seem to be quite cramped for the parent and child, but to Amaia the apartment was still too big, still too empty, after all... someone was missing. Amaia thought about her mother as she made her way through the multitude of trophies her father had accumulated during his heroic escapades. She was well aware that her mother was busy being the new guild leader, so she had no right to pout. Even so, Amaia wished to have her family together. She quickly dismissed the thought and quickly wrote a note for her father saying to meet her at the dining area of the guildhall.
She quickly got dressed and made her way through the city to buy the ingredients she needed. As Amaia walked through the streets of Ace of Spades, she marveled at the growth of the guild. She was quite proud to be a member of the Sabertooth guild. In an hour or so she managed to buy all the things she needed and headed back to the guild. She waved at a few mages of Sabertooth as she made her way back into the guild and in to the dining area. As soon as she arrived at the kitchen she started taking ingredients and other sorts of cooking utensils she was going to need. After an hour or two of meticulously measuring, prepping, and balancing on a chair to reach the stove she began to make the breakfast for her father. Eventually the ingredients meshed together and cooked over the fire until it became a beautiful meal.
Amaia set the plate down and arranged it accordingly. It was a three dragon shaped pancakes that stood beside four bacon strips on top of scrambled eggs seasoned with various spices and herbs. She then set a large cup of orange juice, and apple next to the plate. She then put a bottle of maple syrup just in case her father wanted it for the pancakes. Amaia looked at her work satisfied. A smile crawled upon her lips as she had a brilliant idea. She then rushed outside and picked up a rock, washed it, and placed it next to the plate with a note that said "Dessert".
"Hmmm seems like everything is in order...a job well done Amaia, a job well done indeed." As she stood there admiring her work, her stomach growled. In her rush to make her father breakfast she forgot to have some breakfast for herself. Amaia quickly went back to the kitchen and whipped herself a bowl of Dragon-O's, her favorite cereal. Even the bowl of cereal looked stunning due to the cut strawberries and blueberries she put on top of her cereal. She then plopped down in front of the breakfast she had made for her father to keep watch, making sure no one else would eat her surprise for her daddy.
