    Magic

    Primary Magic: Iryūjonkoa (Illusion Core)
    Secondary Magic: Not Applicable
    Caster or Holder: Caster
Description: Illusion Core is as its name describes- It is a magic that creates and uses illusions to its advantage. In this case, Illusions are counted as anything that adversely affects the opponent through the use of their senses. The actual perception of space, time and feeling are all up for manipulation by Uryu with this form of magic. Being that these are mere illusions, this means that "damage" dealt by the illusion is not actual physical damage. However, due to the opponent perceiving this as actual damage, it would still affect them the same. (An example of this would be an S rank spike made by Illusion Core going through an enemies chest- They would pass out, possibly go through cardiac arrest, but suffer no physical injuries). The ultimate attacks of this magic (such as Z ranks) could still kill an opponent, simply because the opponent would have a bad reaction and BELIEVE themselves killed. Due to the actual perception of the enemy mages being thrown off, if an illusion offensive technique hits a defensive technique of the enemies, it will do appropriate damage, simply because the enemy will believe that it should be and weaken their shields accordingly (In this case, supplying it with less mana without realizing they are doing so).

The way that this magic works is that everything Uryu does, he leaks magic into it. Due to his unique type of magic, any perception of his being will make someone susceptible to his techniques. What does this imply? If you can hear him, see him, smell him, taste him, feel him or sense him, you are now susceptible to his illusions. His illusions DO have actual weaknesses to them, however. Despite earlier examples that implied otherwise, his spells do not actually allow for him to damage or defend. That is correct- He cannot use his illusions to form attacks or defenses. Also, due to himself only having illusions, he cannot use buffs upon himself either, due to he himself being immune to his own illusions.

    Strengths:
    • He can use his spells on anyone/everyone who can perceive his existence at that time.
    • Due to people coming under his influence due to perceiving him in one way or another, one cannot "Block" his illusions.

    Weaknesses:
    • Cannot use offensive spells
    • Cannot use defensive spells
    • Cannot buff himself
    • Can only cast his magic on those who perceive his existence at the time. This means he cannot hide every instance of himself and cast you under his illusions from a completely hidden area. You must have perceived him already.
    • Any sort of wide-area techniques will affect allies too. The only techniques that will not directly affect allies are single-target spells that are aimed at someone else.

    Lineage: Avatar of Ilyria

    Unique Abilities:
    1. Perceptive Poison - The actual thing that allows him to use his magic. This laces literally every aspect about Uryu with his own magic, which is constantly "poisoning" those who perceive him in any way. This equates to everyone who can perceive Uryu to be vulnerable to his illusions.
    2. Perceptive Antidote - Due to his entire magic revolving around illusions, and manipulation of perception, his own perception of things cannot be altered or reduced. This means blinding/deafening (or anything of the like) does not work on him.
    3. Eyes of Truth - This passive is what keeps Uryu from falling into his own illusions. While it is called "Eyes of Truth", it is really a sort of magical reinforcement in all of his methods of perceiving the world around him, making him immune to his own illusions, and makes enemy illusions (if there are other illusion mages) weaker.

    Name: What Do You See
    Rank: D
    Type: Debuff
    Duration: 3 posts
    Cooldown: 4 posts
Description: When the spell is cast, it gives off the faintest of lights from Uryu for the briefest of moments, along with a metallic scent and a gentle clinking sound, like a coin being dropped on the floor. This spell will affect all those who perceive Uryu at the time, including sensing him. This technique will reduce the opponents ability to render Uryu in the world around them, making him move much faster in their eyes in comparison to the world around them. While the technique makes it seem like Uryu is moving 25% faster, it is actually the enemy perceiving him 25% slower.
Strengths: -Reduces enemy perception of Uryu
    Weaknesses: -Effects allies as well
-Allies can not be made immune to this, effects either disappear at end of spell or are fully cancelled

    Name: Wind it Back
    Rank: D
    Type: Debuff
    Duration: 3 posts
    Cooldown: 4 posts
Description: When the spell is cast, the muggy smell of dust becomes feint in the air, as well as a slight dulling of all the colors around those affected. Those affected by this technique counts as anyone who is currently perceiving Uryu, through any of their senses including sensing his magic. This technique slows the opponents perception of time itself, slowing their reaction time to everything by 25%. While this is a hard number to calculate, it is essentially the same as having a permanent momentary lapse on ones reactions.
    Strengths: -Reduces enemy reaction time
    Weaknesses: -Effects allies as well
-Allies can not be made immune to this, effects either disappear at end of spell or are fully cancelled

    Name: Now You See Me
    Rank: D
    Type: Supplementary
    Duration: 1 posts
    Cooldown: 2 posts
Description: This technique effects anyone who can perceive Uryu with any of their senses, including sensing his magic. Anyone who is effected by this spell can no longer see Uryu, though this is only temporary. While the technique has no noticeable affects other than making him invisible, it only lasts temporarily and does not affect any other senses.
Strengths: - Makes Uryu invisible to those who are effected by the spell
Weaknesses: - Effects allies as well
-Allies can not be made immune to this, effects either disappear at end of spell or are fully cancelled

    Name: Dance, Star Lotus
    Rank: D
    Type: Supplementary
    Duration: 3 posts
    Cooldown: 4 posts
Description: When the spell is cast, all those who are affected by it hear what sounds like a single drop hitting water. This technique affects all those who can currently perceive Uryu in any way, including sensing his magic. This technique reflects the sounds that Uryu makes. This means that if he is standing 5 feet directly in front of you and jumping, you will hear the sound of him jumping as though it were coming 5 feet behind you.
Strengths: - Throws the sounds that Uryu makes to the exact opposite side it's coming from for those effected by it
    Weaknesses: -Effects allies as well
-Allies can not be made immune to this, effects either disappear at end of spell or are fully cancelled

You need one more weakness than strength (e.g. 1 strength = 2 weaknesses)
