At least for all of Black Rose's boards, anyone, no matter what group they are in, may post here either to join, to visit, to ignite plots, etc! I only ask that in regards to open threads created by Black Rose members, you ask the thread-creator before joining in, just in case, unless their thread states otherwise. If you are some battle-hungry group or person looking to start an invasion or fight, please PM me before doing so to discuss details, if there is a chance it could affect the IC surroundings.
