"The hero that no one asked for"
Lulu has always choose the side of good over evil, even as a little kid he'd beat the bullies, made sure that he never broke the rules that his parents gave him but he always saw rules then they taught him. They were always thought as something similar to suggestions, if they were to stop him from achieving something he would break them, without hesitation. Restrictions are great but if they were to hold you back from doing ones job they should be broken once or twice.
His sense of justice isn't determined by the eyes of the people, he does what he needs to do, bluntly forcing the truth upon people that doesn't understand the situation to make sure that he can save as many people as he can, whether they want to be saved or not. He himself decides based on the situation of whether or not a problem has occurred and if so what can he do to put an end to it as soon as possible.
But because of this, doesn't mean that he is heartless whose sole job was making sure that everything is running efficiently whether it pleases anyone. He is humble and loyal at heart and hopes that it'll benefit them to some extent. If anything he can be pretty laid back when everything is all well enough that he doesn't have to concern himself with anything else. Though his sources of fun aren't what others would find enjoyable, reading in his spare time and studying the common rooms with piles of books around him.
Around subordinates he's pretty lax dependent on their position and personalities, those with loyal and trusting natures he's calm and doesn't really hesitate when talking to them knowing full well that they seem understanding of different views. Though other more fiery headed characters he can seem a bit more stern and concerned as to their actions and keeps himself back just in case they get too out of control.
Under leadership he is loyal to those that are stern and hardworking, though he isn't completely unquestioning he will believe in his superiors over anyone else nine times out of ten. He likes to stay by their side, with their knowledge of his loyalty in mind. Most people call him a teachers pet but that's what he aspires to be and does so willingly, learning from them and growing to be as strong as them.
As a leader he is a lot different then he usually is. Instead of being stern and orderly he puts faith into his friends and their ability to take action in the best of their ability in order to do good. If he has to watch over them constantly, he'd be wasting time on them rather then the real problem ahead of them.
~ In Battle ~
In battle Lulu is a tactical adversary using his magic to allow his enemies to show their potential in both strength and weakness, which he'll use to his fullest in order to tilt the scales. In his position he'll almost never dive in head first into any fight, though that's dependent on his emotional position as well. Neither the less he takes the safest route to his battles and uses more mindful strategies rather then just going in head first.
Likes:
Respect: Is something that is earned, though Lulu's opinion on the matter is that all should gain respect no matter who they are or position in the world. But let them decide what to do with that themselves, throw that respect away and become a threat or strengthen it and become a even more stronger ally.
Challenges: Puzzles mostly but any sort of challenge really, it makes his mind run and contently think. Problem solving just helps people get out of any situation and even think of new ways problem solving by thinking out of the box.
Paper Work: He likes seeing large piles of papers and books around his house, Lulu reads and writes tons throughout his free time and is even writing a collection of short stories that he's anonymously publishes.
Dislikes:
Bread: The texture that bread provides makes him shiver in his knees and if swallowed any makes him vomit, so he tries to stay away from any bread within his meals. It all started back when he was young and he was to depressed to eat when suddenly his friend started shoving a piece of bread in his mouth trying to help.
Boastfulness: There are a lot of people with immeasurable power but there are just about the same amount that don't know how to properly wield it, where instead they like to throw it around as if some kind of new outfit they are parading around and showing off. He understands the strength of ones magic and the time needed to wield it, let alone master it and wishes to teach those that don't.
Villains: Villains, Dark mages and the like are all but bottom feeders to him. Those that prey on the weak to satisfy themselves need nothing more then a good put down. Depending on the actions they've committed would decide whether they should be captured or taken down.
Motivations:
Justice: Justice is the legal or philosophical theory by which fairness is administered and that's what Lulu follows by, where the just is earned through heart and truth. Those that wise to obtain revenge or vengeance should look else where for he will not allow that to happen before his eyes.
Heroism: Not only himself but others as well. Those that fight along side the light are alright with him and would proudly fight along side them. The act of selflessness is one that should be awarded.
High Positions: He wishes to obtain a high position in the world to help aid not only through his power of magic alone, but one of status could help bring together large groups of people together and fight as one.
Fears:
Unable to keep his promises: Promises are kept for life no matter what it was or who it was with. He deems them a thread unseen both others and one strong enough that they can bring entire races together if kept to the end. For him to keep a promise and break would be the same as dying for no one and left there, like a tree falling from it's roots without anyone to hear it.
Evil Rule: The time where evil has conquered all and the free are nothing more then slaved ruled by those with blackened hearts. If ever a time would come where his fear would come true, he'd fight tirelessly till they are gone or he is no more.
The Unknown: Something that which he doesn't know can be nothing or destroy him. Knowledge is power, knowing others magics and their capabilities can save anyone, but not knowing whats beyond can lead men to their last dawn.

Appearance: Lulu's attire consists of a long black furred trench coat that's long enough to reach past his knees. It's zipper to placed more along the right side of his body. Blue jeans that cover his legs and normal black boots. Underneath his coat he wears another long sleeved buttoned down shirt that's usually a different colored plaid, everyday. He's known to wear a large white furred hat with small dots near the rim. Usually hides pens in there cause people never have any on their person.
