Primary Magic: Guardian Soul Caster or Holder: Caster || Takeover Description: It's written that only those that want to protect the people they love, and truly possess an unwavering will can possess this magic. The strength to do what is necessary to not let your comrades fall, and the want to heal the wounds of those that have before. This magic is said to choose it's user's, ones that have nothing but an abscess of determination. Guardian Soul bestows its power by measuring the will of the caster and forming to fit the needs of the user. Kariline called out for strength and skill to protect those she loves, and Guardian Soul gifted her with the forms Archangel and Fallen Angel, a yin and yang of love and hate. The strongest feelings a person has to convert into power. Trained by a former Guardian, Kariline was granted the magical abilities of a Take Over mage after a year of studying the transformation magic and medical abilities that Guardian Soul gives. Like any Take Over Magic, Guardian Soul is made up of Full and Partial forms that give the caster different abilities based on the form. With Archangel, Kariline preforms as a support mage, and as Fallen Angel, the offensive might. Description of Archangel: ❈ Being her First Form, Archangel is the embodiment of 'Pure' & 'Holy' as an enigma. Kariline's body will be entrapped by Magic Circles that glow a bright yellow, her hair will turn a light golden color - symbolizing her holy aura - and a plated mech suit will surround her entirety. The colors that her suit sports are White, Yellow, Black, and hints of Red; together expressing the gorge of her will and power. Every part of her body is covered by this material, forming long sleeves, tight pants, and even a neck corset. It provides a limited amount of physical protection but the fibers allow for a more comfortable movement when fighting. As an addition to her suit, Archangel provides a mechanical support of Wings, however they are not active all the time. When the need for flight occurs, a burst of golden energy will burst through the vented wings allowing short flight discs to give her the desired boost. Archangel solely focus's on healing, supporting and shielding her allies by using the holy magic granted to her in this form. She cannot heal herself, but she can provide buffs and shield herself from attacks as well as allies or teammates. When a spell is initiated, golden circles, similar to those that provide the transformation appear from the stated body part and that acts as a medium for her casting. Description of Fallen Angel: ❈ Fallen Angel mimics Archangel closely, being comparable in design but the purpose differs to an extreme. Fallen Angel focuses on Offensive maneuvers and magic where Archangel surrounds itself with Healing. In Fallen Angel, her magic is centered around the use of telekinetic control around objects and black holes that destroy everything in it's path. In these forms, Kari is capable of calling upon the true hellish powers of her forefather. Magic that involves the manipulation of all space within a general field. By manipulating the magic particles around any object or substance, the Caster is able to produce several different varying possibilities. Such as Teleportation, Explosions, heating up Space around the object, or even using outside force to hit the targeted object or person. This magic allows for great versatility defensively and offensively. However the greatest use of this magic involves entrapping enemies within a field and damaging them within by either sapping their magical energy away or increasing the force of gravity within that field. Kari will produce a swirling mass of space around the object she wishes to manipulate, and a trail of that space will also appear within her palms. It appears white and purple, and can vary in size. Kariline has a unique style of this Magic; in which it appears like soft waves that surround the targeted object. She also prefers to fight hand to hand combat using this magic, not really caring to fight long distance unless necessary. So often she will just increase the force between her and the opponent causing explosions and huge amounts of force to throw her enemies. One of the biggest parts of this magic that she exploits would be the teleportation using rifts of space. By opening two walls between space, she is able to transport herself and others to wherever she finds fit. Fallen Angel is immensely more powerful than Archangel, and the difference lies in the form she wears. While Archangel's aura is light and pure, Fallen Angel is dark and filled with hate. She wears a brown and red suit that is comparable to the fire pits in hell, and is fitted with two protruding horns on her forehead. To match she is given cloven hoofed feet and a spiked tail with her red wings. Description of Physical Abilities in Both Forms: (Purely for RP purposes only, this is a vivid and detailed description of things Kari is capable of while in these forms. Such as speed, strength and what she is able to do at current rank. In no way or form does this deter from Unique Abilities or Spells. It is merely a description of her physical capabilities compared to a mundane average.) ❈ In these forms, Kariline is considered superhuman or monster like, because with her magic she can perform feats far beyond that of any average human. While a normal human can throw a punch at 11 mps, Kariline moves physically at a speed of 20 mps and each melee attack feels abnormal for someone of her size. While she is small and cannot perform similar to other D Rank mages, her capabilities are still unbelievable. Her attacks compare to the feeling of a cannon ball being shot at point blank range. Enough to cause the wind to be knocked from lungs and cause internal bleeding if attacked too many times. Each punch or kick can cause a weaker man to be flung back 2 meters or more and even cause concussions with just the sheer force. (Not to be enforced in PVP threads) But this is all against untrained hands, it is easy for other D Ranks to overpower her in physical terms. To prevent her opponents from getting the upper hand, Kariline uses her burst of speed which can get up to 30 mps when propelled with her wings and agile feats to escape attack. Fallen Angel focuses on explosions and forceful attacks. Therefore all of her spells are quite impacting in terms of destruction. From destroying buildings to trampling trees. They range from being able to scorch stone walls to blowing up cities completely. But each share the same type of damage. At lower ranked spells, Fallen Angel's explosions can cause 2nd degree burns upon impact, and even singe clothing. It is easy to be blinded by the light of the explosion and even cut from debris if any. High ranked ( I don't have any yet ) Explosions can cause loss of limbs from a weak mage and 3rd degree burns and skin peeling. Fallen Angel has even found that hair and clothing can catch flame from the ignition of the explosion. Her force attacks are rather a bit more destructive though as they pack the power instead of just an effect. Weaker spells are compared being hit with a 25lb ball, and stronger spells can be said to feel like getting hit with a car. ( I don't have any yet ) Both weak and strong spells also share the same effect however. That being broken bones, fracturing skulls and most certainly a knock back effect which can range from 2 feet to 50 meters ( With Future S Ranked Spells), depending on the rank of her opponent. These spells are perfect for destroying standing objects such as walls and doors, it would only take a couple of weak spells or one fairly stronger. But at this point she could just punch it down. Strengths: ❈ Slayers cannot eat this magic, as it does not produce a particular element. It is just molecular particles within a small field. ❈ Take Over magic allows the user to surpass their own physical capabilities by becoming a different entity overall. ❈ The Magic she performs is versatile and does not possess any elemental Weaknesses. ❈ Each form uses different spells and techniques in fights, so it is hard for opponents to memorize fighting patterns before getting dispensed. ❈ Kari has the ability to provide healing support, buffs and shields in the form: Archangel Weaknesses: ❈ Kari is vulnerable to Demon Slayers and Dark Magics, and while in these forms she will take 10% extra damage from their attacks. ❈ While in her Take over forms, Kariline is in a constant war with her own Psyche, and if she keeps the form for too long she will be taken over by the inner soul. ❈ The AOE of Kari's magic is determined by visibility, if she can not see it, she can not manipulate the space. ❈ Her spells can be very deadly to all allies, as she utilizes the use of explosions more than most. This can also harm her if she fires too close. ❈ Anti Magic can overcome Kariline's magic spells and negate the effects. ❈ Kariline can not heal her own self with her Holy Magic in the Form: Archangel. Unique Abilities: ❈ Heaven's Absolute Protection ◇ Archangel is a protector, and as deemed, Kariline can surround one ally in a protective shield that will keep them from harm for one full post. Appearing much like a glowing golden Aura, This shield is a maneuverable field that follows that individual it is cast upon and protects them against damage offensive spells for one full post. During this post, the shield can withstand damage up to 2 ranks above caster. This shield can expand to fit the individual that wears it, no matter if they are tiny, or behemoth sized, and can even fall short of Kari's range. However, she can only shield one individual, once per thread, and Kari must be in a full or partial of her Archangel form. ❈ Flash Step ◇ Not technically teleporting, the process Kari uses to quickly move from one place to another is instead considered a form of displacement. Using her magic, Kariline would distort two fields of space that cause them to connect in the timeline. In layman terms, they are entry and exit portals that she steps through to make her capable of transporting herself and objects at free will within a 25 meter radius. But, it has limited amount of uses per post. Such as, Kari is only able to teleport up to two times in a single post, however, the period she waits after increases by two posts after each time. Thus, if she teleports once, she waits a 2 post cooldown. If she moves twice, its a 4 post cooldown. ❈ Heroes Never Die ◇ While in the Full Take Over form of Archangel, once per thread, Kariline can take her remaining MP and in return restore 50% of allies Health and 20% of their MP. This active takes 70% MP, depleting all of her remaining MP to preform this ability, and she can only restore up to 4 allies once per thread. This is a risky move that leaves the caster out of any magical energy for the remainder of the thread. ❈ Heaven's Light & Hell's Darkness ◇ In her retrospective forms Archangel and Fallen Angel, Kariline is granted high resistances to their corresponding aura, either Light or Dark Magics. I.E, Sky Slayer, Light Slayer, Light, Regulus all are counted under Light Magics, while Shadow Slayer, Darkness Incarnate, Shadow Manipulation Magic, Death Magic are all referred to as Dark Magics. The amount of resistance she has to this magic differs per her rank in comparison to the enemies rank.
